DMV services-skip DMV lines and just come here. Notary services-yup come here too. I've literally asked the counter staff what else they do here-just to make sure I'm knocking out errands in one stop. There's plenty of parking. Plan on coming during working regular business hours cuz they close at 5PM. Seriously, if AAA offers it, I'll pull up to get the 411. The staff is super helpful. Unfortunately, the representative who assisted me, Gina, showed little interest in helping. Instead of addressing my questions, she made unrelated comments and seemed more focused on asserting her authority than providing service. As a result, I left her counter without receiving any meaningful assistance. On my way out, I spoke with the woman who initially checked me in. In contrast, she was very helpful, took the time to answer my questions, and provided the support I was expecting. I also shared my concerns about my earlier interaction with her.
