Towards the end of the night things escalated when my wife made a final request and I attempted to intervene to help her get one of her favorite songs played... which should not be so difficult on her wedding night?? The result was I ended up in a screaming match with the MC as he attempted to refuse the song. This song had no vulgarities or anything else about it that could be seen as offensive. The level of disrespect was unbelievable. Shortly after the altercation, the party came to an abrupt end and everybody filed out. If you are having an event that is important to you, stay clear of this business.

Never having planned a wedding before, believe me, other vendors are not as attentive, on top of everything, professional, and controlled as Natural Expressions is. I know full well that this company offers an extraordinary experience. When we first talked to Frank on recommendation from a friend, I knew we needed to look no further. We had three options and Natural Expressions was the middle in terms of price but clearly on top in terms of service and professionalism. Anytime I needed something, Frank was there or a member of his staff, which was much appreciated. Far too often I was trying to track other vendors down to have even a short conversation, but never once did I feel that way with Frank, Telmo, or any other staff member. Whenever I called or emailed, I received a response within 24 hours. On the days leading up to the wedding Telmo reached out to review all information and put us at ease. On the day of the wedding Telmo and his assistant arrived early, set up and helped us get going. He even helped calm me down when my mom asked too many questions. hahah. I honestly cannot wait to see our wedding photos! I know Telmo did a great job, as he handled our engagement shoot prior to our wedding shoot. I only wait with baited breath because I know their team is the best in the business. I would recommend them for any event anywhere anytime. I hope to use them in the future!

I paid Maria in full to photograph my wedding and, years later, I still do not have my professional photos, wedding album, or printed pictures. The only things I received were thank-you cards and a poorly edited, incomplete video. After my wedding, I became pregnant and then had a baby while working full time. During that time, Maria assured me she had my photos and told me there was no rush. When I was finally able to sit down and make my selections, she delayed completing the work due to personal issues, including the pandemic and an injury. I extended patience and understanding to her, just as she had to me. Now, after years of waiting, she is claiming she no longer needs to fulfill her contractual obligations because too much time has passed. We trusted her to capture one of the most important days of our lives. Some of the loved ones from our wedding have since passed away, which makes this even more heartbreaking. This experience has been incredibly upsetting and disappointing. I would strongly caution others before booking her services.
