I only use AirBounce for all of our kids birthday parties. They make the whole process so seamless and hassle free. From reserving all the tables, chairs to setting up the bounce houses and cleaning up, their customer service is bar none. We just had my daughter's 13th Birthday party this weekend and 26 teenagers attended! When the bounce house arrived I didn't know if it would fit in our backyard. The staff was phenomenal! This was absolutely the most AMAZING bounce house! It was so much fun for both kids and adults. I now want to rent it for MY birthday! We rented The Octagon for our wrestling theme party. Poor Quality, Misleading, Low Integrity and Disappointing Customer Service Purchased a combination bounce house / water slide unit ($292.46) and was told and reassured that the bounce house contained a basketball hoop. After receiving the bounce house my wife noticed there was a huge rip on the inside of the bounce house. I was told when the unit was picked up to notify the office and we would have another bounce house delivered at a future date. I contacted the office as instructed and was told I would receive a $10 coupon towards the rental of another unit. After mentioning what was said by the employee that picked up the bounce house I was informed that the owner would not honor what I was told and that the $10 is all they were willing to do. I highly recommend not doing any business with this company. read more

We are a civic organization, and rented a bounce house for our annual clam bake. The kids loved it, and gave them something to do while their parents enjoyed the day. They came early in the morning to set-up, and were there to dis-assemble at the time we requested. The service was perfect! They also have some really cool stuff, which I haven't seen at any other bounce house companies. read more

Im very sad to have to give this negative review. I ordered 1 bounce castles and 1 inflatable carnival game from them. The bounce castle they sent us was down the whole party. They even sent someone to fix it during the party. As soon as he left and kids went in, and it went down again. I contacted them after the party, I sent them pictures and I was expecting a refund for the defective unit. Instead of offering customer service, they tried to find every excuse to blame me for their bounce castle not working. Jim the owner told me that it was further than 50 Feet from power source and that is why it didn't work. Their crew that set it up, should know those rules. The crew that delivered it, are the ones that told me, that they had plenty of extension chords and it didnt matter where the castles where placed. He also tried to blame it on the fact that it was overloaded with 16 kids that were hanging off the top and that the limit was 600 LBS. There where no more than 12 Toddlers-not kids, but toddlers, at the party and half where at the art table and half ran to the castle when it went up and where in it for just a few minutes when it came right back down on the toddlers! At the end of the back and forth, they offered me a credit towards another bounce castle for the same price range. Obviously I would not hire this company again and I have no use for a bounce castle in the foreseeable future, how often is a mom ordering bounce castles....once every three years? I was not requesting a refund on all units they delivered, just the castle that was not useable..There is no reason that I should pay for a defective product. This is why I would not recommend Airbounce Amusements. Although they were nice and friendly throughout, they don't stand by their products. So if your unlucky as me and something goes wrong and bounce house does not work as it supposed to, ultimately you will be paying for it anyways. Ask yourself if this is a risk you are willing to take before hiring them for your event. read more

I rented the Fire & Ice water slide for a party at my home. When I initially rented the slide, I was not aware that you can only have water running to the slide for a fifteen-minute period of time every hour and then must turn it off for forty-five minutes. When the slide was delivered, my husband was informed of this fact. He was assured that the slide would function just as well when the water is turned off as it does while the water is running. It is very tedious to host a party and monitor turning the water on and off. I attempted to use the slide shortly after the water was turned off and became stuck part way down and had to work my way down the slide until I reached the bottom and could get off. I am well within the weight and height limits posted on the side. In addition, running the slide in these fifteen-minute increments also does not allow the "safety pool" at the end of the slide to fill up to the minimum safety line shown on the slide. Since the employees that set up the slide did not pre-fill this pool, it is my assumption that it should fill during the normal use of the slide. Since it cost over $500 to rent this slide, I would have assumed that you could use it the entire six hour rental period instead of a total of an hour and a half (six 15 minute increments). It was only 70 degrees on the day of our party and it dried up very fast since gravity does pull the water down to the bottom and you are entering the slide at the top. I assume it would be even worse on a hotter day. In addition, it took the company three attempts to get the slide to work properly. It was set up and the water wasn't turned on the first time and then it took two additional attempts to get it to work properly. This took time away from the other preparations for our party. Had we not tried the slide prior to the party, it wouldn't have been working on time. The slide was working by the start of our party. The day after the party, Airbounce Amusements contacted me to inform me that the water slide was returned "too wet" and I was charged an additional fee for cleaning and draining. My impression of the slide is that it is a lot of fun and that everyone enjoyed it when you can have adequate water supplied to it, however, under the terms of this company this is not the case. I would check to see if this is the case with all of their slides. Having a slide sitting idle for such long stretches of the party is a waste of your money. read more

I have been to multiple events where this company's bounce houses have been used. Not only do they have bounce houses but also things like popcorn/ cotton candy machines and a photo booth! I still have the photo on our fridge that my fiance and I took with our puppy in their photo booth from an event I was apart of last Halloween. I was very impressed how they got there early and set everything up long before the event started and then stayed a little longer to make sure everything was good to go for the long day. Having gone to many event with them as a vendor and seeing what a great job they do, I would definitely consider giving them a call when I'm ready to plan my next party! read more

My family booked the Fire and Ice slide for my graduation party. The slide was a lot of fun and enjoyed by our guests. They came early to set up the slide. However, the people that set it up left without first checking to make sure it worked. We discovered that it did not work and workers had to come out 2 more times because of issues with the slide. Although it was ready for party time, the issues added frustration and took away from our other set up tasks. When they came to take the slide down they made my brother, boyfriend, and cousin help them, taking them away from the party. We have since found out that we are being charged a $25 fee because the water slide was too wet. After paying $500, being charged $25 seems petty and unnecessary. We would definitely get a Fire and Ice slide again. However we would most likely use another company. read more

I have rented from Airbounce Amusements numerous times and each time has been an amazing experience which has had me coming back for years! I have rented units such as the Rockin Rapids slide to The Octagon and even a Dunk Tank once or twice. Each time the bounces have been early and the delivery guys have been knowledgable and kind. Most recently we rented the Disney Princess bounce with the slide for my cousins and it was the highlight of the party! They loved it so much we had a hard time getting them out when it was time for the party to end. I just recently decided to take a risk and inquire if they were hiring and they were! I can honestly say the people who work for this company are truly passionate about what they do, especially the owner! I gave this 5 stars strictly on the experiences I've had with this company but coming from an outsider who is now on the inside, I would definitely recommend doing business with this company! read more
