Working in a fairly tight space, John and his colleague were respectful of the fact that I work from home and, although construction noise is unavoidable when tearing down walls and what have you, they were not intrusive or blasting loud music as they worked. I sincerely appreciated their professional manner and dress because my mother lives with us and I am keenly aware of how strangers in the house might make her feel uncomfortable. They were so polite and respectful of her and my family. That cannot be said of all contractors. Now, the work quality: I'd rate it excellent or better. John took great care to ensure the quality of the work and materials would meet or exceed our expectations. He even found a better solution for some cabinets for us that matched the style we wanted without impacting the budget. The drywall work was excellent. Adam Yeager, owner, arrived 745am on Monday AM exactly as agreed and began work. Very professional and easy to work with. Responsive and easy to communicate with. Clear estimate was provided before work commenced. It was adjusted during the work downward, by Adam. Work proceeded for three days then we had a day off so drywall work could dry. Drying process took a day or two longer than anticipated and the sanding folks came by the following Monday. They did a nice job. Painters were delayed a day and came on Thursday AM. They were supposed to finish in a day but could not and had to return after the holiday weekend. Extended schedule running up against the holiday weekend. We thought this was going to be a shorter project. It is ok. We realize the weather and schedules can change. Painters returned Tuesday AM to finish up. Adam also came by with the carpet men who delivered the carpet for installation the next day. They returned Weds AM and finished up Wednesday afternoon. We do like how diligent Adam is with the subs and that he always stops by to check on the work. I was comfortable leaving the house to do some chores and having a workout during the work. Final bill was as expected. I asked Adam to be available to speak with my Insurer so that they could better understand why the work costed more than the insurance adjusters estimate. He did that and I received another check for the recoverable depreciation on our claim. We highly recommend Adam Yeager and would definitely use him again for any project at our home. Mark & Nancy.

"Trust" That's where it all went wrong! The most important thing my wife and I learned in this process was to never ever sign a contract until a lawyer reviews it. Eric Woloshyn was mostly absent during our project and his foreman ET would show up high and always on the phone. The EDW crew that worked on my house was just transient unskilled labor. Subs were mostly ok but I didn't hire or pay them so it was an issue trying to get stuff resolved when foreman was never present. Eric Woloshyn will invoice you for work not completed. Subs would not show. 4 months living elsewhere turned into 9. When we told him his foreman wasn't welcome in our home anymore and said we paid for him, he said he doesn't do the work anymore even though he was on his other more important new construction homes in Yardley working daily. When he realized he was in over his head and we were on to his decietfullness, he took the cowardly way out and sent us a padded invoice on work never done with overages he couldn't prove for another 30k and lawyered up. After writing over 250k in checks to this con-man, my family has had to spend in excess of 40k to date to fix all the improperly or not completed work to make house livable. If anyone reading this has any questions feel free to reach out. I have thousands of texts, emails, pictures of the experience and "quality" of work. The unfortunate part is there was so much money needed to make the house livable when he took off we couldn't afford a lawyer to sue. To this day, all of my electrical outlets still do not work throughout the house, water intrusion through the new chimney/roof/flashing. Windows leak in heavy rain, doors are not plumb, and appliances are missing parts!
