His crew was on site and ready to go to work, he was doing slabs on a patio a driveway and sidewalk. He did a demo on the first day removing the old slabs and prepared the areas for pouring the new slabs, a thorough clean up including removing the dumpsters. His crew was here on the pour date and ready to go work, poured both slabs. On the 3rd day he restored the property back to its original state. and moved on to their next job. These guys were great, everyone on the crew knew their job. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs the professional help. They are friendly, professional, on time every time, and the quality of work and service is not like any I have experienced. Although I do not work in the industry, I have worked with many contractors on various projects, in the building and remodeling of my own homes and I have to admit I'm not easy to please (may have higher expectations than some) and Gundrum did not disappoint. Pricing is reasonable and fair and any obstacles we came across during the project, Randy was on it with great suggestions and solutions AND he took care of it!! We had such a great experience, and look forward to working with Gundrum again for the next phase in our plan. Thank you!!!

Rubricx was the most expensive bid, but I got the distinct impression that the others would rush the job and were cutting corners, especially with regards to foundation preparation. Last thing I want is to spend money and find myself with problems a few years down the line. Joseph was very responsive and took the time to discuss all my concerns with me. I wasn't disappointed with my decision. The crew was great and did first rate work, responsive to my idea about installing a catch basin to be able to capture debris as part of the drainage system modifications, and generally went above and beyond. The driveway turned out beautifully. As I said, perhaps a bit more expensive, but if you are someone who cares about quality and value for your money, I highly recommend.

Tyler did the before and after measurements, explained to me how it will be done, showed me the installed piers, showed me the cracks that closed, oh yes! The wall cracks and the slab cracks closed. After the job, they left the site as if nothing happened, completely backfilled beautifully. I have the complete documents, reports they handed me before leaving, with lifetime warranty and I feel better now that I did a right decision on giving the job to Alpha Foundation, I couldnt be happier.
