She sent a picture to verify what it looked like. When delivered the top was yellow greenish and certainly not matching the cabinet that they made. Avoid her and this company at all costs. I sent multiple pictures that clearly indicated what it looked like to no avail. Even the drawer to the cabinet was a piece from another project as it had hinge holes drilled out. She refused to replace the door as well. He took measurements and called us with the quote a couple days later. We were more than pleased with the quote. From that point on, everything went smooth as it could have. The demo went well and Avigna worked with me with scheduling as I had some plumbing changes to make. Tran the installer was fantastic. His crafsmanship was excellent and fast. Everything was installed perfectly, square and plumb and all doors were aligned exact. He installed the crown molding perfectly and again quickly. He is good. The template measurement came just a couple days after installation of the cabinets. And the countertop came a couple days after that. Avigna called us a day or two prior to every phase of the remodel to make sure we were ready and available. The countertop fit was amazing as well. The backsplash came just days after that. We are too pleased as to how well the entire process was done. NO complaints whatsoever. Thatnk you John, Sri, Tran and the granite layers and all involved. I will recommend Avigna to everyone Clint & Debbi R.

I was recommended to come here by a friend. Apparently they have good prices on their "clearance"…read moreor "overstock" cabinets. I've been looking for cabinets for my laundry room for about 2 weeks now. I didn't need anything "fancy" or too pricey as they'd just be holding my laundry soap. I called a few days ago and was told to come in to take a look. I live 30 minutes from the warehouse and went ahead and drove there. I had my child with me (who was in a small stroller) when I arrived, Robert already acted like I was an inconvenience to him. I told him what I was looking for and asked him if I could go to the back and look at them. He said "everything is in boxes and it's hard to move a stroller around out there" .. I was very confused because my friend who just got cabinets from them 2 weeks prior brought her child who was also in a stroller and got to look at options. Robert was VERY confusing and was all over the place when explaining the different sizes and prices of what was available and not. When I told him I wanted 30x15 but 36x15 white cabinets would work as well, he said they had them and then 2 seconds later would say they didn't.. this was said 3 different times. At this point I was over it and no longer wanted to go back and forth of what "might have" been in stock so I left. I called today, not too long ago to see if I could get someone else to help me and see what they had in stock. Terry answered the phone and when I told him was I was looking for, he said I'd have to "come in and look". Mind you, Robert said everything was in boxes and "a stroller wouldn't fit well" so when I began telling him this and that I didn't want to deal with Robert again, he cut me off and said they only had white shaker cabinets. I told him what size I was looking for & again, in the middle of me saying what size, I'm cut off again by him "no, we don't have 36x15" now I'm frustrated at this point cus this is the second time in 30 seconds I'm being cut off and the second rude person I've dealt with at this place. I said "well if I wasn't cut off, you'd know I was looking for "30x15, but ok thanks" and I proceeded to hang up. Basically, these people treat you like you're an inconvenience to DO THEIR JOBS & are very confusing and rude. I'll be taking myself to home depot and spending a little more for better service. I DO NOT recommend this place.

I visited this location twice during fall 2019 to get information for my kitchen and bathroom…read morerenovation. I was referred by several contractor friends who have been using this company for years in their various projects. While I did not end up choosing this company for my cabinets, counters, and hardware needs, I found everyone that I encountered greeted me sincerely and all were helpful. The sales guy I primarily spoke with was very helpful and patient, and showed me the differences in the cabinets they offered. He even drew up plans at no charge, based on my rough measurements and gave me a price for the cabinet portion of my project. They only offer laminated counters, and I really wanted to go with either granite or quartz, and that was the primary reason I ultimately did not choose this company - for my situation, I felt I really needed a single source for all product and installs. That being said, I found their high end cabinets to be a fine quality and very comparable to other places in town. Their install and overall pricing was very competitive, too. Even though I chose to go elsewhere for my purchase, based on my experience with the people, the quality products, and the fair pricing, I definitely recommend you check them out!

We added a new bank of cabinetry in the breakfast nook- that slab will be ready soon and they will be back out. My house has some odd angles- and the kitchen especially- I am so happy with the attention to detail with the install and how gorgeous the quartz countertop is! Excellent pricing too. And they were accommodating to us having to reschedule the install because of a damaged cabinet. Great communication, customer service, product and craftsmanship!!! This company came HIGHLY recommended by both my flooring guy and someone I know in the cabinet business. John and I went in to browse their inventory and get a quote. Now- I will say, we went to a different company that had a much bigger selection- but the prices were easily doubled. I am waiting to get one more quote before deciding- but the price point here really has me wanting to go with them! The young lady who took us around explained the different tiers in pricing and the difference in materials. I wanted quartz- but was open to looking at granite. John and I found a middle ground- seeing how what he liked was not what I wanted and some of my taste was not what he wanted. We narrowed it down to one and I anticipate going back in to look one more time before choosing and accepting the quote. Word of mouth is simply the best way for businesses and I fully trust the 2 who advised me to go see Diego here!
