He took measurements and called us with the quote a couple days later. We were more than pleased with the quote. From that point on, everything went smooth as it could have. The demo went well and Avigna worked with me with scheduling as I had some plumbing changes to make. Tran the installer was fantastic. His crafsmanship was excellent and fast. Everything was installed perfectly, square and plumb and all doors were aligned exact. He installed the crown molding perfectly and again quickly. He is good. The template measurement came just a couple days after installation of the cabinets. And the countertop came a couple days after that. Avigna called us a day or two prior to every phase of the remodel to make sure we were ready and available. The countertop fit was amazing as well. The backsplash came just days after that. We are too pleased as to how well the entire process was done. NO complaints whatsoever. Thatnk you John, Sri, Tran and the granite layers and all involved. I will recommend Avigna to everyone Clint & Debbi R.

Great job Lauren and crew and thanks.

She sent a picture to verify what it looked like. When delivered the top was yellow greenish and certainly not matching the cabinet that they made. She refused to replace it or the shower bench or offer compensation in any way. She was extremely rude and aggressive. She said if I did not pay in full they would put a lien on my property. Avoid her and this company at all costs. I sent multiple pictures that clearly indicated what it looked like to no avail. Even the drawer to the cabinet was a piece from another project as it had hinge holes drilled out. She refused to replace the door as well. Just a terrible experience from someone who just doesn't care.

We had a 6-foot vinyl fence installed by Bullseye Fencing Company. They were fast getting a quote…read moreback to us and answered all our questions quickly. They helped in getting approval from our HOA. The workers were very polite and worked nonstop to complete the job efficiently and removed all of the old fencing and hauled it away. I am updating my original review because what initially appeared to be a good installation turned…read moreinto a significant legal and financial problem. The fence looked clean and professionally installed at first. However, we were later notified by the City of Fernandina Beach that the fence had been installed without the required permit. A survey conducted after installation confirmed that portions of the fence were built over our neighbor's property line. We had provided the installer with a proper survey prior to installation. Despite that, the fence was installed incorrectly and without city approval. The garbage enclosure portion of the project was also installed improperly. Only one door shaft/support was installed on one side, preventing the enclosure door from securing properly. Because the door would not stay in place, it was damaged by the garbage truck. This was a direct result of improper installation. Our written contract includes a lifetime warranty. Once these issues surfaced: We contacted the company multiple times via phone, email, and text. The City contacted them directly regarding the permit and compliance violations. No corrective action was taken. No one returned to address the fence placement issue. No one returned to repair the garbage enclosure. The lifetime warranty has not been honored. We have since learned that the company is not licensed in Fernandina Beach, despite advertising the area on their website as part of their service region. Because of the unpermitted and improperly installed work, we are now required to: Remove the fence. Apply for proper permits. Reinstall the fence inside our property line and in compliance with city code. Repair or replace the damaged garbage enclosure. This situation could have been entirely avoided had proper permitting, survey verification, and basic installation standards been followed. If you hire this company, confirm in writing: That required permits will be pulled before work begins. That they are properly licensed in your municipality. That installation will strictly follow the survey. That warranty obligations will actually be fulfilled. A fence that looks good is meaningless if it is unpermitted, improperly placed, and unsupported by the warranty promised in the contract.

We added a new bank of cabinetry in the breakfast nook- that slab will be ready soon and they will be back out. My house has some odd angles- and the kitchen especially- I am so happy with the attention to detail with the install and how gorgeous the quartz countertop is! Excellent pricing too. And they were accommodating to us having to reschedule the install because of a damaged cabinet. Great communication, customer service, product and craftsmanship!!! This company came HIGHLY recommended by both my flooring guy and someone I know in the cabinet business. John and I went in to browse their inventory and get a quote. Now- I will say, we went to a different company that had a much bigger selection- but the prices were easily doubled. I am waiting to get one more quote before deciding- but the price point here really has me wanting to go with them! The young lady who took us around explained the different tiers in pricing and the difference in materials. I wanted quartz- but was open to looking at granite. John and I found a middle ground- seeing how what he liked was not what I wanted and some of my taste was not what he wanted. We narrowed it down to one and I anticipate going back in to look one more time before choosing and accepting the quote. Word of mouth is simply the best way for businesses and I fully trust the 2 who advised me to go see Diego here!
