An opportunity, in other words, to correct anything wrong. The repairman arrived exactly on time, reviewed the work to be done, and had it completed in less than an hour. We had two jobs for him and both were done expertly with no mess to clean up later. I'm guessing they charge by the number of people sent and by the hour. Immediately after the repairman left, I got an email invoice with a fair and reasonable price for one man, working one hour.
