Mr. Hanes, the owner, is very friendly, sociable and caring for his customers. He came to our home and explained the benefits between the different types of shutters and offered me a fair price. He even informed me about various rebate programs my local municipality was offering to help pay for the new impact windows, doors, and shutters. This past month when Florida was getting ready for a storm, we were confused on how to put up our shutters (the installers did a demonstration when they were first installing them, but we didn't pay too much attention). We went over the Hanes, and the owner was more than glad to come over to show us how to put them up. This clearly shows that they really care and value their customers. Even though our deal was almost a year ago, they were still eager to come over and show us how to put up our shutters. Customer service like that is hard to find.

Dino came and measured, Donna sent me a couple of different proposals as i wasn't sure what i wanted. then i switched the window configuration completely and they said they could accomodate and poor Donna had yet another proposal to send. Gino came out and measured again and went over some specifics. the biggest hurdle we had was my hoa, they took forever as they kept switching property managers. finally got approved Vico applied for the permit and and voila.....i have beautiful windows. the installers were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Donna arranged for the inspection and 2 more representatives were here during that and then removed the window stickers and left me with warranty paperwork and important info and i am tickled pink. i highly recommend hiring Vico Windows, they are a terrific company to work with.

I, on the other hand, had a FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE having my 50-year old windows and doors replaced. Everything was explained in detail perfectly. You can save 3% if you pay cash. But you can also pay via CC if you want your miles/points. The terms were fine (50% order/Balance after installation). The timeline was spot on (10-12 week lead time), permit opened with city, city inspected, permit closed. All was flawless and they do an amazing job of follow up. I have also recommeded them to the other 44 owners in my condo complex who have not already replaced their windows and doors. I cannot believe how quiet it is inside my condo now. Vinny came and fixed my two year old blind free of charge, I felt bad because I was arguing with his receptionist that I had a completely new set of blinds. When in fact I did not... but he still fixed my blinds free of charge, and it wasn't a small job either. 3.5 hour... yeah... I felt terrible, and he wouldn't take money. Peter, the owner himself only provided lip service, repeatedly reassuring us to not worry and that it would be taken care of. Well, the lien is proof of just how well it was taken care of.
