Besides feeling like my nails are being ripped off sometimes, I've continued going back out of convenience. But today was the last time. A simple eyebrow clean up that I've had plenty of in the past was completely botched. I can accept mistakes, but the fact that she mumbled something in Chinese knowing she messed up, but didn't admit to anything and proceeded to try to "cover it up" with makeup hoping I wouldn't notice until I looked in a mirror after washing my face at home later - that was the last straw. It showed a complete clear lack of respect and accountability and was ultimately just a sneaky and dirty service. After coming here 5 years, never again will I come back. Shame on you! read more

This barley earned a one star. Me and my two other friends went to get our nails dons, we had worked for cash and were so excited. One friend had amazing nails thanks to this one guy, i didnt quite catch his name but he did amazing on her nails. Me and my other friend had been so disappointed we both struggle with social anxiety so we did not say anything, we walked out disappointed. We had gotten our nails done on saturday, two of mine had fallen off when i was cooking mac and cheese and my friends had chipped and gotten the color she didnt not want. Mine and hers had smudges of polish everywhere and my lady forgot to put the nude base for the french tips you could see anything that got under the nail. I hope you understand how disappointed we are. read more

STAY AWAY from this place! I have visited quite a few different nail salons over the 44 years I've lived here in town. Never have I ever experienced anything like this. My toe looked perfect when I went there and now I have a totally decimated big toe nail. During the pedicure, my friend that I was with actually got up and left halfway through due to being stabbed and then burned by a heal treatment she was receiving. I sure wish I would have joined her. As a bonus they were 25 minutes late - we had an appointment. I am very nervous about what I might hear is wrong when I visit a doctor tomorrow about this toe. read more

Was with a friend tonight and what a mess this place is. They are so RUDE to customers, we could not wait to get out of there. Spare yourself the agony and go elsewhere, their work product is not worth the foul language and chaos. read more

Depends on which tech you get. Ben is 5 stars all the way! The lady who "helped" me today was rough, rude, and did a poor job that was almost halfway what I asked for (pink and white gel). I would post her name but she did not share it. I gave three stars only because of my previous experiences with Ben, otherwise I would have not been so generous. read more

This use to be the place to go for nail services but not so much anymore. The prices are climbing while the service is declining. I've offered grace for the last time today and will choose to go elsewhere now. It's simply too much money to leave dissatisfied. It's not just me either. The staff doesn't seem happy. The fun vibe is lost for some reason. read more

What a beautiful place to get your nails done! Kim is amazing, i got my nails dipped and she even did 2 color ombre! They look amazing, with a personal surprise design that totally fit me! Love love this new gem of a nail salon we found today! read more

I asked for dip nail manicure. The technician did a fast file and then dip the dip nail polish, and followed by gel nail. Then was told to get up and wash my hands, he was done. It was he fastest treatment I have ever had. There was no soaking, no removal of cuticles, no cuticle oil, or any lotion. The website states these are all included in a manicure. What a rip off!!! I will not be back! read more

Not recommended. I'm bleeding and the pedicure was rushed and sloppy. I even mentioned that the polish was gooey as I watched him pour alcohol into the polish bottle. He said it was the color. Won't be back. read more

I went in for a pedicure and the stylist cut my toe while trimming my cuticles. I pointed it out to her and she just replied with an it's ok, it's ok. I explained to them my concerns and no one else seemed bothered at all. I got no apologies and certainly no compensation. I will not be going back. read more

So glad I took a chance on going to another salon today. Angel did an amazing job and I LOVE my nails. They where a mess and not really what I wanted after visiting two other places. She listened to what I didn't like, what I wanted to do differently and got me fixed right up. read more

Good nail salon that is very clean (pedi spa liners, sanitized tools, individual single use items), techs are friendly and nails turn out well. Have only done mani/pedi here so far. Also offer complimentary drinks (including wine, mimosas, sodas). I am glad I chose this salon over others in the area. read more

I really like this place. My daughter and I have come in for pedicures, natural manicures and sets. All of the services were wonderful and felt luxurious. He workers are kind and the shop is very clean. They are top notch when following COVID restrictions. read more

I went in 10 days ago for a full set that was lifting pretty bad within 5 days. I went back and the owner did a rebase for me which was AMAZING. Well I really wanted to like this place due to its convenience of being close to home but NO. I made an appointment for a manicure / pedicure. My pedicure was so rushed, fastest pedicure I've ever received! Not even 20 mins. The guy was rough with my feet, talking to the workers & not paying attention to my appointment. The massage wasn't even a massage. I asked him about a possible ingrown nail & he said they don't do that? Anyway, I skipped the manicure because I just wanted to get the hell of of there! Don't waste your time or your money. read more

Don't bother. Made appointment. Showed up on time. They asked me to come back an hour later. People have lives. This is the norm for this place. read more

I recently moved to the area and have tried various salons in the area and none seem to measure up to BM nails. I originally went in to receive a dip manicure and decided after my technician did such a great job-- to get a pedicure as well. The staff seems very detail oriented and knows what they're doing. The spa was also very clean and organized. I will definitely be a regular! So impressed! read more

This place is fairly new, has been open for 6 weeks, and they did not disappoint!!! I got a full set done and they have never looked better. They are super glossy and have held up very well so far. My technician was very kind and funny and made great conversation. I will be back in 2 to 3 weeks for my next fill!! I'd recommend making an appointment so you get helped right away. They had the most impressive color selection I've ever seen for dip powders. They have over 600 colors to choose from. They also had a sample of ombres they do and they're impressive. I definitely found my new nail place! read more

The last 2 times I've been here I scheduled an appointment each time. Each time they haven't been prepared for the appointment and I have to wait 30 minutes to be seen. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you constantly have to wait regardless? The work they do is still good but someone should work on the organization a bit more. Don't offer appointments if you cannot honor them. read more

Worst pedicure my friend and I have ever had. It was a 20 minute pedicure because apparently they had decided to close an hour early. I was not offered a drink even though the price includes one, no callus scrub even though it was supposed to be included, I had to trim my own nails down when I got home and the worst part was the guy who did my pedicure went for a smoke break in the middle! So disappointed. Second time I have tried this place and will never go back. read more

i have gone here a hand full of times now and have had all bad experiences including being spoken to in a very rude manner, messy/unprofessional manicure jobs, and extensive waiting times, regardless of having an appointment or not. read more

If I could give it a zero I would. This place did a horrible job on my granddaughters nails. They were thick on some and thin on others. Poorly shaped and not what she asked for. She requested "coffin top" with a french tip. That is not at all what she got. On 2 fingers where they filed her nail they cut her skin. The french tip she requested didnt happen, she even showed the person a picture, instead, the paint was a thick line that looked horrible, When I asked to speak to the manager a male came to me. I explained that I will not pay full price, he told her to go to a table and he will cut them off. Then when I told him he will not touch her, I was accused of trying to get free nails. I had to pay for my pedicure, I gave him my card and he charged me full price for the nails. I refused to sign and walked out. He ran it anyway. I have talked to a number of people who have had similar experiences with this place. Along with very poor quality. They serve alcohol also, and I never saw them request an ID. Be very wary if you go here. read more

This place was horrible. Went with my teenage niece we had appointments for nails and pedicures. He kept leaving during my pedicure. Didn't do massage for the amount of time listed. Didn't do cuticles until requested. Paint job is mediocre at best. Went to get full set of nails asked for dip I was told no it couldn't be done. Then they did my nails in acrylic didn't give me an option for polish just showed me a color wheel. As I'm trying to match to my toes they offered no assistance. Then they did in gel without telling me this is additional pricing (I assumed it was standard with the full set) we go to pay and they charged double what the price sheet said because of the polish they used. Without telling us any of this prior. Charged extra for nail shaping. Kept forgetting what they were doing on our nails. When finished with nails they just got up and walked away without saying a word to us. Worst mail experience I've ever had. I now have very thick nails which is exactly what I said I didn't want. My nieces nails are chipped on the sides. All they did was talk in another language to each other the entire time. I will never return to this place. read more

I must say pedicures were the stars! It did feel clean and loved the decor! The problem was the nails that what I wanted wasn't really near the picture. Took my 4 year old here for a mani pedi for my birthday and they were so sweet and patient with her when she got bored at the end. Next time, just toes lol! First time here and I will definitely be back. They got me right in for a pedicure. The technician communicated very well, checking if rubbing pressure was good, towels not too warm, etc. I really enjoyed having a Mimosa. Filthy! I checked in, sat at a table to have nails done, the gentleman said he'd be right with me, went to the back, I sat and waited for 18 minutes(not joking). As I sat I noticed how filthy the table I was sitting at was, there were French fries on the floor on top of already built up grime! I ended up walking out I was so discussed. Clean up your store! Will never be back! read more

My daughter recently went in for a full set manicure. The older man who "helped" her was rude, condescending and rough to the point that she was holding back tears. She didn't know how to handle that situation at the time (she's 18) but now realizes she had every right to get up and leave. I understand people have bad days, but you are in the business of customer service so you need to maintain a certain level of professionalism or you clearly need to find a new career. i don't even recommend one star. this place fkn sucks. i gave them a chance and they severely disappointed. i went in and got a full set, square, short af, acrylic french tip. none of my nails are even, the tip that they put on isn't even on my nail correctly and the shape is just awful. there is acrylic under my nail still, they didn't even try. the acrylic is all bumpy and the paint is super sloppy. they charged me $70 for this. i go anywhere else and pay $45. the inside of the building is cute but not very clean. they have nothing prepared for customers and they most definitely don't sanitize. your nail lady doesn't even ask you if what she just did was okay or looks good and will ignore you if you point something out. i definitely recommend letting this place get shut down. it is fucking horrible. do not recommend unless you want to overpay for the worst nails you'll ever get. also ignore the bar part completely they don't even offer you water. read more
