We signed up for automatically billing during installation, and then our service was shut off temporarily because for whatever reason the automatic billing was never put into place. We lost service yesterday afternoon, and over 12 hours later we still don't have it restored. When I called tech support last night after over six hours of an outage they still could not provide an ETA of when the service would be available again. The representative on the phone wasn't even sure "what was going on" at the tower site.

We pay for a gig 1000 and are getting about 90 to 80 upload and download speed, even hardwired in. We have been going back and forth with customer service and technicians at our house. Every time we try to escalate to a supervisor or manager, we are told no one is there that can help us and they will call us. We still have not gotten a call. There are two of us in the house that work from home, this is literally our lively hood. We had an appointment for another tech to come to our place, and they canceled it without telling us. They sent an email after they were supposed to be here. They don't really seem to care about customer service at all.

The static IP option is just $20/month more, whereas we would have to shell out for the Comcast business plan. Upload speeds on Connexion are like, 5x what they are on Comcast.
