The interaction was dismissive, arrogant and the way I was asked to leave felt appalling. I saw other customers receiving more considerate treatment, while I felt dismissed and unwelcome. I can't know the motivations, but the contrast felt discriminatory and left me questioning fairness. This is not about expecting an exception--it's about how I was treated after communicating in good faith. Management should ensure consistent courtesy and respectful treatment for every client. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. At minimum, I should have been treated with basic dignity.

There was not enough set up in terms of preventing my clothing from getting stained or removing my jewelry, she just did the mask around it, and when I left, I had a lot of mask still on my shoulders and in my ears. There were several points in the service where product would get into my eyes and burn, and caused blurry vision.
