Wonderful store with quality products and very accommodating employees…read more My daughter said we should stop in and I'm glad we did. Their scents are all high quality. I usually stay out of mall stores with lots of scents because they give me a headache. Rituals, however, had great, calming & inspiring scents Picked up the Jing hand mask & the dry oil. Colder weather will be here soon & it always dries me out. My daughter bought Ayurveda body cream, and the hair & body mist. She also bought the Sakura foaming shower gel. They gave us samples & welcome gifts, which was lovely. Prices weren't bad at all. I think this will be a store I will frequent. Give them a try

I love this store. Although they do not have products for darker olive skin tones(I usually use…read morethose darker tones to contour), they have a great variety of products and their prices are amazing. The sales lady doesn't pressure you and is there when needed for any questions. I would definitely recommend this place if you tend to spend a lot on cosmetics for your brows and face in general. Especially medium to light complexions. They also sell so many other items not just makeup but for beauty in general but NOT to be confused with a beauty supply store. I would compare it to the Korean version of sephoras. Not a wide variety of brands but a large amount of Korean products.

When I asked how long the store has bee open, the clerk mentioned that the Face Shops owned by "her boss" is operated as such - Face Shop cosmetic & facial care together with Kakao Friends - in Manhattan and also in Queens.

Okay, I went here to get a chemical peel that I found on groupon. I've had chemical peels before so…read moreI'm aware of what I'm getting myself into. I wanted a nice radiant glow which I felt could have been better, but was told afterwards that my skin looked more even. Fine, that's why they got two stars instead of one. What I found odd from the beginning was that no one wanted to consult with me about the chemical peel. Luckily I already knew like I've already mentioned. The manager who was the only one there barely talked to me and even left me alone with the peel on to go back to the front of the store to help someone else! What if I had a bad reaction? She shouldn't have done that and not to mention I had to wait for her while she helped someone else even though I had an appointment. It was as if because I had a groupon I wasn't priority to her. My chemical peel was at most 10minutes long. She cleaned my face, applied the peel and washed it off. No cream afterwards, and no extractions even with her commenting on my problem areas. She couldn't go ahead to do that even if it wasn't apart of the peel? I believe the groupon mentions that you get a hydrating cream after. Too bad I didn't speak up. I've had far better experiences that I shared with friends and family, but this one I would never ever go back to. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY HERE!
