They're always so nice, the beds are so clean, and I have never had a "bad" tanning experience, ever. Kaylee is super resourceful when it comes to the lotions you put on your body and the different effects it has on your skin. But wait, that's not all... looking to get your lashes done? Deanna is AMAZING! I had the volume XL service, and she doesn't disappoint. That is exactly what you get! Tanning and lashes? Yeah, I probably will never wear makeup again. A huge shout out to the girls at Btan, and to Deanna for starting up lashes there! I would never go anywhere else. Pssst, by the way, they also have a pretty cute pop up shop, check out the bracelets and other fun things. Definitely - my to go place, like every day lol

Figured if I paid professional prices for a trim and silk press, my teen would walk away silky and neat. Well, I'm $159 poorer and the stylist sent my teen away looking like the photo I'm posting. Not silky. Not even styled. I'm quite sure all ULTA will do is post a generic "we're so sorry for your experience" message and leave it at that. Which is why I'm posting the photo as proof. So others will be saved from wasting money at the ULTA salon.

I've been coming here regularly, and this was easily one of the worst experiences I've had. I asked for a gel pedicure and came in with gel already on -- the tech did regular polish WITHOUT confirming. When I questioned it, she offered to restart, but by then too much time had passed and I had somewhere to be. I was understanding, told her it was fine as long as it was done right, and even tipped her. The polish chipped and came off BOTH feet THE SAME DAY -- not even 24 hours later. When I came back, I was told I'd have to pay $50 to redo it in gel and was told "that's how regular polish is" and "you should've gotten gel" -- WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR. After all of that, they offered me $10 back. I called to follow up and was told it was a "mistranslation" and compared my situation to someone eating a full meal at a restaurant and asking for a refund -- which is nothing like what happened. I was given the WRONG SERVICE, it failed SAME DAY, and was met with rudeness at every single step. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE FROM START TO FINISH. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Now, while I believe the 3% charge on a credit card may be justifiable, assuming the business does not write off that fee as a business expense on their tax return, and many businesses do, the 3% charge on debit cards is in my opinion outright theft as there is no fee charged to the business for a draft of money using a debit card.
