I came back in and went straight to a manager to inform her how rude my cashier was and that she incorrectly advised me on sale items- inconveniencing me, as I am returning to purchase them. Surprise, surprise who do i get at checkout again w/ the same items i put back that clearly show while ringing up they are on sale.....she did not say a word to me the entire transaction. I get that retail sucks and you're young & sassy & cool- but maybe try a different job if you cant stand it so much. Otherwise, the store is fairly good. From what I've seen, they do not blow dry your hair while wet - which I appreciate as it cuts down on the heat damage. Instead they do roller sets and allow your hair to dry under the dryer. This method works really well for my sisters and I as it cuts down on the direct heat on our hair and adds body. After your hair is taken out of the rollers you have the option of wrapping your hair, flat ironing your whole hair, or just flat ironing the roots. I'm sure there are other styling options but these are the only styles my sisters and I have tried. *Bonus - they have someone at the salon who specializes in threading and waxing, she's terrific. They accept card, but use cash when you can.
