I sent an email, and that was also unanswered. When I visited the shop two months later, I learned that the lamp was still waiting for repair. The next day, I visited the shop and encountered the owner, who was arguing with and berating another customer. She told me she was aware of the email, acknowledged it was unprofessional, and that she had talked to the employee, her son, but she didn't apologize for it.
