As we were wandering around the store looking for leather recliners we noticed the staff person pass by us, twice, without any recognition at all. As we were leaving we had to pass her and I asked a question as to how long the store had been there as we could not remember it from the past. I truly felt like I was bothering her...She responded like the question annoyed her? or? Anyway, I'm not sure but when we left the store my husband and I both commented on how rude we felt she was! There was only the 1 employee (her) that we noticed so maybe she was having a bad day but we really do not feel the need to return to Random Harvest. There are plenty of places we can seek out a leather recliner from but it was a shame as the experience left us with a bad "taste" in our mouths for the business.

They got it done quickly and I was on my way. It worked immediately upon me checking when I got home. It was easy to park on the street and get this done. I love small stores like this that take care of things the old fashioned way. I realize that some reviewers want all sorts of communication options, but for a store trying to do business, running a non-profit help hotline is not really a viable approach. I wish you lazy people would stop trashing businesses because you don't get free help. And you can actually still get free help if you stop in, it's just that you are cheap AND lazy.
