It's a "shop" that does what it does: fix lamps. They appear to sell a few items. I stopped in, which is required since you can't call them or communicate in any way except in person, to get a lamp controller fixed. I needed a simple soldering. They got it done quickly and I was on my way. It worked immediately upon me checking when I got home. It was easy to park on the street and get this done. I love small stores like this that take care of things the old fashioned way. I realize that some reviewers want all sorts of communication options, but for a store trying to do business, running a non-profit help hotline is not really a viable approach. I wish you lazy people would stop trashing businesses because you don't get free help. And you can actually still get free help if you stop in, it's just that you are cheap AND lazy.

She told me she was aware of the email, acknowledged it was unprofessional, and that she had talked to the employee, her son, but she didn't apologize for it. Your lamp is ready for pickup. Would recommend coming in on any Saturday, so that you don't have to deal with me. And quite frankly, I don't have to deal with you. Would you like to know what else is wonderful? Me traveling a half hour into work, and a half hour back home, to do a thankless job for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
