The taxes on the item ordered would not be refunded. When pressed she said it was company policy and didn't know more than that! I went to my local Tractor Supply and spoke with Marcus asking why I would not get the full refund. While I was there he had a 40 minute conversation with his support team and found my refund had not been processed after several days. He asked if I would allow him a couple of days to research the transaction and refund. That same night he called me, left a message to come to his store where he gave me a full refund and had also found that although I had cancelled the delivery it does not automatically generate the refund. Marcus did an excellent job of going above and beyond and he's the reason Tractor Supply is my favorite store.

I have been doing the Fire Alarm Inspection for the one in Susanville for about 5 years and I have to say, I can spend hours in this place. From a garden center to tools galore, from tractors and supplies for your business and home needs...they got it all! Honesty though, I feel bad for the Ace Hardware in town. I hope they will both be able to do well. Not a fan of any business in our small town struggling. I will continue to be a patron to both stores, spread that money money around yada?!

Online said everything I needed was in stock, but once I got there, inventory told a completely different story. That kind of scramble right before a trip like that can get frustrating quick. But the woman at the register completely flipped the whole experience. Her attitude, her patience, the way she actually cared--it stood out. She didn't just ring me up, she made the whole situation better just by how she showed up. That kind of hospitality sticks with you. Didn't leave with everything I planned, but I definitely left with respect for her... absolute gem.

They have lots of things you would need for all of your barn needs. I did end up paying over a hundred bucks since it was my first time getting everything that I needed. Next time it wont be that much, I hope. Great place to visit and would recommend. If the cashier was more friendly and looked more approachable I would have gave this place 5 stars. I checked my closest feed store first off of Bradshaw to no luck, and then called Sheldon Feed & Supply. And it turned out they had it in supply in 25 pound bags, and it was cheaper than the big box store (when I stock). I've passed Sheldon Feed & Supply on a number of occasions, primarily when going in and out of Wilton from Elk Grove. Being my first time inside I was sure what to expect, and shocked at all that they had. Sheldon Feed & Supply is jist your typical feed store for livestock, there's more like a general supply store that caters to the local farmer and or rancher lifestyle. Along with feed and supplies for all types of livestock, there surprisingly was also a large assorted of clothing at the front of the store. Once at the back of the store I ordered the Ammonium Sulfate from the you g lady at the register, and told me the bag would be ready out front at the loading area. Sp I waited out there for maybe 10-15 minutes, as other customers before me were helped. And then I was helped with my bag and out of there in not time. Overall: Will definitely be back to get more Ammonium Sulfate when the time is needed.

Kris started a relentless search for a MX in current inventory any where in the region. This took much time and effort and was filled with many dead ends, Kris did not give up and after many man hours located a new MX and had the tractor shipped to Sac for Tractors, performed the necessary service and installation of our accessories.
