As part of the transaction, we also traded in our fully paid-off 2023 TRX Lunar Edition. The sale was completed on April 12, 2025, and as of July 7, 2025, we still have not received our permanent license plate or registration. Despite numerous follow-up phone calls, we have only been issued temporary tags twice. We are now driving with expired temporary tags while commuting daily on and off a military base--this is not acceptable, as expired tags pose a significant issue for base access. We have had to initiate every update call ourselves, and the response has consistently been vague or lacking any actual resolution. Most recently, we were told it is now our responsibility to resolve this issue, which is unacceptable and has forced us to begin pursuing legal action. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering that we are frequent buyers and sellers of vehicles--always paying cash--and you would expect a dealership to value customers like us. We've purchased and sold vehicles at dealerships across the country and have never encountered issues like this, nor such poor communication and lack of customer service. While our salesman, Kaleb Foster, was excellent during the sales process, he has had no involvement or success in helping us resolve this issue and appears to be just as uninformed as we are. We expect immediate action to resolve this matter.

During the…read moretest drive on 11-15-2025, we noticed the vehicle had a hard shift between third and fourth gear. We were assured by the dealership. and it was noted that this issue would be fixed quickly and that the part would be ordered right away. However, we have now been waiting 39 days since the vehicle was left at the dealership for this repair to be completed- and we've already made our first car payment without having the car in our possession. The sales team Luis Lopez was wonderful, Lacee Antosh in Finance was also wonderful. They made the buying process smooth. The follow-through from the service department has been extremely disappointing. When we purchased the vehicle, we were told it had been through Linwood's rigorous 125-point pre-owned vehicle inspection, which is advertised as a key part of their certified pre-owned process- including mechanical and appearance standards meant to ensure a quality vehicle. Unfortunately, this experience suggests that inspection either did not catch a known drivability issue or that promised repairs were not handled according to their own policy. We trusted Linwood to stand by their word and take care of the issue promptly, but the lack of communication and ongoing delay has turned what started as a positive experience into a very frustrating one. I will update this review once the vehicle is returned to us and if the repair has been completed correctly. After all, I would want to buy from a dealership that held the highest standards for its service department as well as its sales and finance departments. Valerie A Beal

The PF service department (Arron Rucker, Asst Mgr and his team) arranged for a quick review of our vehicle and analyzed the problem to determine if they could fix it. Even though PF could not then and there fix the noise, they did talk us through some of our difficult choices. We decided to return home and not chance a more challenging problem than we already had. While we were waiting and thinking about a possible replacement vehicle, Mike Felker in sales cordially showed us a few options. This episode could have been worse than it turned out...by far. The mechanics' analysis of our vehicle cost us $180 and our trip did not go as planned. But God works in ways that make sense to reasonable folks, and we are glad to have known a few there at PF! NOTE: Now March 12. Yesterday we had Gregg Smith Ford here in Clinton fix the "clunking" noise coming from the front end of the Bronco. It took their suspension tech a 5-minute drive to diagnose, then about 10-15 minutes to fix. NO CHARGE either! GSF service manager said he'd spoken with Mr. Rucker at PF service department, and told Mr. Rucker what the cause of the clunking most likely was. My wife and I were charged $200.00 at PF when the problem should have been easily and quickly solved. Sorry this review got a little long but the lesson learned is to be careful about dealing with PF service department. Had to take away one star upon further developments....

I want to share my experience so other buyers can be aware before purchasing from this dealership…read more In 2025 I purchased what was represented to me as a brand-new 2024 Ford F-250 Super Duty Platinum from Paducah Ford. This was my first brand-new truck purchase, so naturally I expected transparency and honesty. Unfortunately, after the purchase I discovered evidence indicating the vehicle had sustained transport damage and had been repainted prior to being sold, which was never disclosed at the time of sale. Here are the key facts: * On May 14, 2025, an inspection at another local Ford dealership identified repainting and overspray on the vehicle. * On May 22, 2025, I discovered a handwritten notation on the rear driver-side window that read: "Transport Dmg - Jack Cooper Transport. Take to Shop." * When I contacted Paducah Ford about this, I was told there were no records of paintwork or damage. Since then, the responses I have received have minimized the issue and framed it as minor cosmetic "imperfections." However, the concern is not about cleaning or repainting something now. The concern is that a vehicle with prior damage and repair work appears to have been sold as new without disclosure. Instead of acknowledging the situation, the dealership has continued to characterize the matter as something that could simply be "fixed," which does not address the core issue. What should have been an exciting experience purchasing a new truck has instead been extremely stressful and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential buyers to think carefully before doing business with this dealership and to thoroughly inspect any vehicle for prior damage or repairs before completing a purchase.

When Bruce came outside, I asked him how negotiable the price was on a specific one and he said "it's not, the world isn't what it used to be" blah blah blah and we asked "so does this price INCLUDE tax, title and license?" And Bruce said "Yes." We then asked if there was still a warranty active on the vehicle to which Bruce said "It should still have the standard 5 year, 60,000 mile Nissan warranty with it." Cool, awesome. Fast forward to sitting down to purchase the vehicle, Bruce goes "WOW! This car actually COMES WITH a 100,000 mile power train warranty so you still have about 60,000 miles left on it" and I'm ecstatic obviously. Come Wednesday, August 25th, four days after purchasing the vehicle, my oil change light comes on so I pull out the paperwork to see if there was fine print about things like this because I'm annoyed that they didn't bother to change the oil and I had only driven it maybe 500 miles from the time of purchase, only to find out that Bruce lied directly to our face and charged us $1800 for that 100,000 mile warranty that he was raving about COMING WITH the vehicle. As well as charging me tax, tile and license fees. I called him on Wednesday, August 25th to express my concerns and see about returning the vehicle because it was a very shady and unprofessional experience. I called the office landline number, he says he has to call me back which he proceeds to call me from his cellphone, I can only imagine because he needed to step away so no one could hear how he was going to address the situation. & proceeds to tell me "I don't care what you do with the warranty you can cancel it or keep it, it doesn't matter to me but you're not returning the car" I said I needed to speak to the manager and he said "call away, call whoever you want, I don't care, you're keeping that car". He never once apologized or showed remorse or anything to rectify the situation or compensate for screwing me out of FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS. Sure, I should have triple checked the paperwork but I never once thought I was being lied straight to my face while asking these questions. I wanted a Nissan vehicle so I came to a Nissan dealership, expecting professional and honest service which was the absolute opposite of what I received. If I wanted to get the run around, I would have went to a back alley sketchy car lot. This was a stereotypical sleazy car salesman sale. Learn from my mistake and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.
