We received a call this morning (3/12/15) from five star concrete letting us know that they have to reschedule our pour because they have bigger companies who are their priorities not us smaller companies to tend to. (Manager/dispatcher Rudy) we are stuck trying to reschedule all other contracted workers because of five star. The concrete team and western pump. BEWARE to those who are not " BIG"companies. They can not follow through, horrible communication and terrible customer service. Luckily we have just found an alternative company who was able to pour for us tomorrow at the time we need and at a better rate!!!

We wasted over a month of repair time waiting for them to actually show up and do the agreed upon work. We were left high and dry with not even a phone call to explain. We had to contact them just to be let down again. Once we informed them we would be finding a new company who would actually show up to start the work, they didn't even contact us to try to apologize or work something out. This is after I stayed home all day MULTIPLE times for them to never show. BUT, they had no problems calling over and over again to collect money for sending two young guys over to just assess the situation in the very beginning. They even failed to provide the information to the construction manager who I had to call after not hearing from him after a week and a half. We had to provide all the construction measurements etc because he hadn't received it. They even charged us for latex gloves and masks for their employees. They nicked and dimed us and NEVER DID A SINGLE thing to help us! So unorganized and so unprofessional. They're not interested in doing any work to help, just to collect as much money as they can for nothing. DO NOT USE THEM!
