My first time in today was a great experience. I had neglected my trucks hygiene for weeks, after going through the wash, and cleaning the inside it was as beautiful the day I bought it. As I drove through the entrance it was very clear on where to go. And standing there at the machine to pick your option and pay was a young lady unfortunately, I did not pay attention to whether she had a name tag. However, she was very helpful and explained each option and assisted with the payment. After going through the car wash the same gal approached me and handed me a card and told me if I write a review I can get a free car wash next time. To get to the point of this long story is this employee was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all professional. my husband and I have a membership through blue bird car wash, it does a wonderful job. If by chance there something left on the car you can go through again, at no charge. We also only pay 20$ a month per car for unlimited car washes. They have sinks you can use to wash your Matt's and other small things from your car. They have Mat washers and they work like a dream. They also have towels you can use to dry down your vehicle or clean the inside dashboard and other things you wish to have sparkle. I would definitely recommend Bluebird car wash as a budget car wash and five I know they have a membership at a higher price point than the $20 months we pay, but I've never utilized them read more

Amazing car wash! My vehicle comes out so clean and shiny everytime. The staff is so wonderful and happy, They are smiling and wave all the time, and they are so helpful whenever I have a question they take the time to help me understand and are very knowledgeable about every piece of equipment and service they provide. The free mat washers, wipes, vacuums, and air help me keep my car clean all the time. Their customer service really puts them over the top. I know I've already left a review on Google when this place had first opened. But now that I am a member and I am sometimes forced to use other car washes when I am up in Washington for work, I can't tell you how much I can't wait to get home to use this car wash let alone the free vacuums that come with it. You don't realize what you take for granted when you're forced to use another place that has a terrible quality car wash and you have to pay for the vacuums at the same time. Amazing top tier Carwash. Have had an amazing experience darn near every time I've been here. The staff is very friendly and always greets you with a smile and a wave. The wash gives you a good show on your way through the tunnel and cleans and shines it up so well that you can almost do your hair or makeup in the reflection. And then to top it all off it's free to vacuum, free mat washers (or mat sink for the larger mats), and they provide towels for drying. I received a card in the mail for a free car wash. The wash was great!!! The young man answered all my questions and directed me on how to use everything. Funky colored lights throughout the process. I do recommend that you do not have pets in your vehicle. After the wash and dry, there are parking places to hang your rubber floor mats to wash. The vacuums run continually. This will be the only place I'll get my car washed at and it is in a convenient location. No matter what the level of price you choose, it is worth it. read more

I bought the Bluebird Signature Unlimited Car Wash, in Ontario, Oregon. I had just bought a brand new car and had trouble (Didn't understand) the automatic parking brake, which came on right before I was entered the wash. The young lady (I didn't catch her name) that was at the wash entrance said, "You take your time" and stopped the line until I could deactivate the automatic parking brake. She was pleasant and patient. Since then, I've noticed all the other employees are also polite and patient too. Great customer service! read more

I've been here multiple times and have always had a great experience! My car always leaves clean and I love that they have a mirror at the end so you can see. Their vacuums are great and so handy to have, as well as the rags to clean dust off the interior. Their prices are a tad bit expensive, but everything is in our world now. Since I live in the Boise area, I'm used to going to Bluebird so I was very pleased that they had one near the interstate. Blue Bird Express is just what this erea needed and thus far I've only got things to say about it. If you purchase a "Fast Pass" you literally only have to stop after you've been through the wash to vacume out your ride and to dry it. Normally there is no wait and your in and out in about 90 seconds. Give them a try, I'm confident you won't be disappointed. read more

Amazing carwash I absolutely love it I used to go to the one in Weiser because that where I used to live but now even if I still lived in Weiser I'd make the drive for this car wash. Always a great experience! Staff is friendly and informative about offered services without coming across as pushy. Vacuum hoses run constantly so you can get the inside of your vehicle as clean as the outside. Floor mat scrubbing machine and air hoses to blow out water drips! Bluebird is the only car wash I've actually enjoyed visiting!!! read more

This is by far the best car wash anywhere close to here. The tunnel is impressively long and full of well-functioning equipment. What I especially appreciate is how pleasant their staff is! Took my Jeep in after traveling from deer camp. Awesome job, my Jeep was spotless upon my exit. Due to some aftermarket parts, an employee followed me through the wash to avoid damage to my Jeep and the overhead washer. Very contientious and service was fantastic. The staff are always friendly, polite, helpful and the grounds, facilities are clean. They'll let you go back through if you feel the wash didn't get it clean enough but that's only happened to us once after an extremely dusty camping trip - there are always clean towels and the vacuums etc are always functioning - read more
