It is an average truck stop, but the location is not so good for truckers, as they can get in quickly enough but can't get out as easily (forcing truckers to cross three lanes of heavy traffic and do a u-turn to get back on the interstate). Jackson's buyout of the regional chain (pilot/flying J) hasn't been that great for customer service, especially for some truckers. Also, crime has been a problem at this Truck Stop, and the Ontario PD has had to put one of those flashing blue camera towers in front of it every night. The food is average truck stop fare. The Arby's is decent, and the customer service is attentive and above average. The little Mexican restaurant hidden behind the Truck Stop is open crazy hours and I like a lot. read more

Plenty of pumps and bathrooms. Nice clerks and a good sized and well stocked convenience store. This is all undone by the horrible location it's in which is a real bummer. Getting into the parking lot is easy, but getting out and turning north to go back to the interstate is impossible. You have to make a right, cross three or four lanes of busy traffic and then do a u-turn in a terrible place to head back north. It's just a lot to handle for a tank of gas when there's other stations more conveniently located nearby. read more

We stopped in at 5pm on 9/15/2024 and the clerk that helped us was just fabulous. It was Customer appreciation day and she went above and beyond with the grumpy gentleman and made his day with his cup of coffee. Just wanted to give her a huge shout out. We appreciate her!! read more

As far as truck stops go,this has the cleanest showers I have ever been in.The bathrooms are also very clean and stocked.All the employees are friendly.Got stuck here for 3 days,its a smaller one but it serves its purpose. read more

5th reviewer! My 357th review. One stop shop for travelers! It's a "truck stop" with showers, television, laundry services for truckers. There is everything one needs while traveling-- good food, coffee, beverages and much more than the traditional C store (batteries, movies, CB systems, music, electronic cords). There is a fast food restaurant, Arby's, located inside. The people are friendly every time I've visited. They always have the items in stock I need, hot and fresh coffee, and warm fresh baked pizza! read more

Good lovely service, nice clean showers, place was clean and friendly. They do have Arby's on site also has some fruit in store.

Either the first or last stop for puc diesel, just depends which way your headed on 84 The islands aren't the cleanest on the truck side. Parking can be a challenge some times. However the showers are almost always working and clean. The coffee has always been hot and there are plenty of options for snacks. Remember OR is non tax so you'll save a few pennies. read more

Stopped here during my road trip and was surprised to see how many people with disabilities they hire. I'm so glad a company takes the initiative to hire staff that other companies normally wouldn't hire. Would give it 5 stars, but there is one pump attendant that always talks to himself and bothers me about the Pilot Rewards Card. God bless his soul. read more

I would give minus 5 stars if it were possible. My sister purchased a phone charger here. She subsequently returned it. However, she mistakenly brought the wrong one back. The clerk accepted the return with the wrong item. The store began making harassing phone calls. They were very rude and threatened to call the police. They should train their employees to recognize their own products and stop accusing customers of trying to pull one over on them. Management should be retrained on giving good customer service, as this doesn't seem to exist here. If you want to be treated rudely, come here. If you want to be threatened to have the cops sent after you for an honest mistake, come here. As for me, I'll never visit another Pilot anywhere! It's not OK for you to treat my family this way. My sister doesn't have a dishonest bone in her body. Oh, one more thing... they continued the harassing calls and threats even after my sister promised to bring the correct item to them. read more

As truck stops go, this one is pretty good. They have good, strong, hot coffee, an Arby's on site, TJ Cinnamons, laundry and shower facilities, a fully-stocked store, ATM's , DHL, FedEx, Western Union, UPS and plenty of room to fuel-up and/or park. The truck stop is located near many motels, eateries and stores. I like it because the people there are very friendly. And for as much traffic as they get, the place is very clean. read more

We stopped in the early hours of the morning. The gentleman (Jake?) who filled my car washed the windows and provided great service with a nice attitude.! The coffee was fresh, the store and bathrooms were clean. read more

Friendly staff. Clean place with Arby's whose employees wear funny tshirts that claim that any one of them will work for bacon.
