I had to contact them the next day, only to be told they needed another hour. Again, they were supposed to call, and again they didn't. The next afternoon I went back and they said they needed another hour. They had my truck for 2 days, never bothered to call me when they knew they needed more time, said they found a short, but they could find the main issue, so I told them I would take my truck elsewhere. Then they said I had to wait a half an hour before I could take my truck so they could finish their "process." As I was waiting, the owner called and was very rude and said I wouldn't find anywhere else in Weiser that could do a better job. They ended up charging me 300 dollars. I then took my truck to TNT, formerly Red's, The next morning he told me the problem with my truck was simply one bad battery was draining the other. It had zero shorts, and Wicked wrench had left my wench disconnected, one battery disconnected and my brake lights disconnected. Oh, and he only charged 100 dollars and actually figured out the issue. I 100% do not recommend Wicked Wrench.

At one point, the original factory-installed temperature gauge in my van failed. So, I had an…read moreaftermarket temperature gauge installed, which worked just fine for years. Then, finally, I had the factory-installed gauge repaired and shortly thereafter the aftermarket gauge started acting-up, but I was not quite certain of that. The aftermarket gauge was showing a very high temperature, and I did not want to drive very far with that indication. I needed confirmation and diagnosis of the problem. As Roseanne Roseannadanna used to say, "It is always something. If it's not one thing, it's another." So, what to do? What to do? Where to go? I stopped-off at the United Radiator Shop, an obviously well-used and busy facility. Scott dropped what he was doing, dealt with me with a smile, and determined that the aftermarket gauge was giving a faulty reading. He used an infrared thermometer to make that determination and knew exactly where to take the readings. When I stopped here, I was kinda hoping that I could simply make an appointment, bring-in the van later, but he happily made the diagnosis without charge. One never knows what one is going to encounter when dropping-in at any auto repair facility. This experience could not have been better. Scott has thirty-five years of experience in such matters, and it shows; nice guy, very helpful. Highly recommended.
