These people are quick, they are good at what they do, and they treat you with respect and consideration. I made an appointment, they got me an immediately, and they worked with me with some things I wanted to try to repair before I had to spend several hundred dollars on another repair. They were very nice, very accommodating, and just overall good people. They started their business about a year ago, and they're so busy right now it takes several days to get in. I called Modern Auto Service and Kevin (who comely and confidently said he would take care of my daughter) sent a tow truck, had a loaner car ready for her and was prepared to work on her car first thing the next morning get her on her way. The tow truck was very quick and she arrived at their shop 30 minutes after closing. One of their mechanics stayed late, found the problem quickly (spark plug wire was loose) and sent her on her way with no charge other than the tow.
