Roto-Rooter Plumbing has a bad reputation for taking…read moreadvantage of people in need of clogged lines repaired. Knowing this already reluctantly I called as they were answering(they are good at that) when no one else was. They came out for an hour on a hot hot day and tried to upsell me to 3000.00 to " get the results I might want" Pulled a wet wipe out poking a while through the clog. Never checked the flow through the pipe, I watched them as they closed it up and said: "there is not a guarantee on this because there was a tree 20yards away". They charges 695.00$ for a job they did not do; it backed up again into the house causing major damage and another company came on the next day and pulled out a big paper towel clog and fixed it in two hours for 400.00 WOW they tried to extort $ for a 3000.00 ream out that is now done and flowing like Niagara into the tank for 400.00 These people take advantage of people in need and will even lend the money to you too !!!

I can't say enough about my experience with Tuckertown Plumbing. My family a summer cottage and…read moreafter opening for the season, I noticed a small leak emanating from the water heater. It is in a shed outside and was really a minor leak, so I emailed Tuckertown Plumbing and asked them for a quote. I included the model of our current water heater. Pam, the owner and manager, was quick to respond with a question about the dimensions of the space we keep the heater. She did all the research and found a model that would fit. We set up a date to have it installed. A great experience! However, the weekend before our Thursday appointment, the little leak turned into a big one and, because there was no cutoff of the water heater. We had to turn off our pump )we are on a well). I emailed Pam on Sunday night and she responded that she would call me in the morning. She was true to her word and called first thing to say a team member would be out after his first call of the day - somewhere around 11 am. Well by 1:30 pm we had the new water heater installed. So I can't recommend the crew at Tuckertown Plumbing enough! Thanks to Pam and the gang at Tuckertown
