In all three cases they showed up on time an the jobs were completed in what I would consider to be a timely manner. Not too much keeping this from a 5 star review other than the prices being on the high side for the toilet repairs. In the past two trips, I spent over $600. I could have a brand new toilet in place for that amount. The tech who came on the last trip did give some good advice to prevent the problem from re-occurring.
