Great guy and a terrific plumber. Seriously, how does one rate a plumber? Well, Mark was referred…read moreto me by a guy that he had done work for. So I called him. Mark showed up when he said he would. Yes, I was impressed. Then he gave me a price for what I wanted done. It was more than reasonable. Impressed again. He said when he could start the job and how long he thought it would take. He started when he said he would and completed the job on time. His work is clean - solder joints are smooth, no waste, nothing on the floor. His work is well done and professional. He cleans up when the job is done. All of these things are impressive by themselves but taken together they add up to a solid 5-star rating. The first job I had him do was commercial at a small office building. Adding a sink and some additional water lines. A year or two later I had him replace the hot water tank and the expansion tank. Last fall I had him replace the sillcocks at my house with the frost-free type. I have been very satisfied with each and every job he has completed and that is why I am happy to recommend him to others.

Knowing this already reluctantly I called as they were answering(they are good at that) when no one else was. They came out for an hour on a hot hot day and tried to upsell me to 3000.00 to " get the results I might want" Pulled a wet wipe out poking a while through the clog. Never checked the flow through the pipe, I watched them as they closed it up and said: "there is not a guarantee on this because there was a tree 20yards away". They charges 695.00$ for a job they did not do; it backed up again into the house causing major damage and another company came on the next day and pulled out a big paper towel clog and fixed it in two hours for 400.00 WOW they tried to extort $ for a 3000.00 ream out that is now done and flowing like Niagara into the tank for 400.00 These people take advantage of people in need and will even lend the money to you too !!!
