Their prices are hard to beat and the service is absolutely stellar. Had them perform multiple services this year and they were very prompt with communication, scheduling and then getting the work done. I would highly recommend them anyone who owns a pool. P.S. - they have a weekly chemical program for which the cost is very comparable to essentially if you were buying chemicals from a store yourself!

Not off to a good start…read more I've been a pool owner a good number of years at a handful of properties and just bought another home with a pool- this time in plymouth Mn. Prior to hiring a company to service this home I felt I had done my homework. Dolphin looked like they provided quality customer communication, good service, fair prices. So I gave them a call. Talked thru their opening the pool process, I laid out my wants / expectations. Stated I wanted weekly cleaning ect and we set a weekly cleaning day. Well... the opening looked to have went fine however they told me before coming that they did not vacuum on open day - which I thought was weird - stated they needed to let it all settle to the bottom - which it already had as it laid dormant for the winter - but all in all it was open - I was surprised I got no report or communication after their open 5 days ago. So I called them after 5 days - Thursday of thia last week - two days ago - to confirm all went well when they opened and that we were on for yesterday - Friday - with our weekly pool service / cleaning; as I had a group of kids coming over for a party and wanting to swim today Saturday. Thursday - I Was told things went well and they would be there Friday -Yesterday. Then Friday, yesterday - I stayed home so I could meet the techs. Friday came and went - they were suppose to show up set temp, treat and clean. As of noon no one had shown up so I shot them a call to confirm they were still coming. They confirmed that yes they would be getting there yet today, Friday. 6:00 pm rolls around. No show. Office closed. No communication. No apology. Just no show. Saturday, today. They opened at 10:00. I shot them a call to see what happened. They said... we don't know, but that they could transfer me to a Jeremy and he could get back to me Monday. I asked if the guys that were suppose to come yesterday were free to come this morning so I could keep me kids party and so they could swim. He said no one does service work on the weekend and that Jeremy would have to get back to me Monday with an update on when they could get out to the house. Super frustrated. Having to cancel the kids party and bum a dozen kids out. Super frustrated that I did not get any communication - no apology. Why is it that the entire day went by and not once did they feel the need to reach out and communicate after I had called them and confirmed with them both Thursday and noon Friday. The client should never have to reach out to a company to confirm these types of things - rather a company should be proactively be reaching out to their customers confirming things and or providing status updates. I guess I will sit here and twiddle my thumbs till Monday to see if they call and when they will be out next. Would be nice to have the company just do what they say they can do and service the pool per the agreement on the day each week that we all agreed. A persons word needs to start meaning more again. I'll update u all on the resolution / outcome. 4545 terraceview

Photo 1 in review by Lee Meyer PetitePixieBabe 2 weeks ago New Does your company police every single employees music choices when off the clock, in their personal vehicles, while seemingly wearing the company logo, or just the ones with a different political opinion or the ones "anonymously reported" by a stranger? Firing someone for listening to political music, while off the clock, and in their personal vehicle based off an "anonymous call" that allegedly "hung up before we could get their name or any more information" claiming that "a horizon employee (never gave a specific name) was blasting 'f ice' music in a company vehicle on the clock." The anonymous caller allegedly claimed to have video evidence. This driver was off the clock, as your own records and truck gps/routes will show as well as his own dash cam and personal GPS tracking. He was not on company property, nor in a company vehicle, as his personal truck dash cam and gps records will prove. When the employee asked for their records and details of the " investigation" relating to this anonymous report he received nothing in response until the next day. He was fired over the phone for "damaging the company reputation" simply because he happens to have a company logo on his clothing while at a gas station, off the clock, feuling his personal vehicle and based off a political song choice. A random man (suspectedly involved with the customer service person who openly supports ICE and said "Renee good deserved to be shot," at work, on company time with seemingly no reprocussions) didn't like this music he was playing and so, entirely based off a difference in political opinion, and violating his first amendment right to freedom of expression and his rights to his own personal opinion, he has been fired. And what of the employees who openly support ICE and make statements such as "they should all be round up and shot?" Nothing apparently. Wow.

He gave me a quote based off of the pictures that I sent for chemical treatment, vacuuming, and replacing pool cover. I agreed to the quote and requested him to clean the pool. I texted the address per his request. Never received a response. 3 days later I texted asking if he was still going to clean my pool. He said yes, confirmed the address and he would come next week. 2days later he calls and she he was on his way to clean the pool. Once he came he poured a chemical in the pool and said call him when it clear so he can come back out the clean and vacuum. A few days later a sent a picture of water and said water looks clear and can we set up a day/time to complete the treatment and cleaning. He never responded. 2 days later (last Thursday) I texted asking if he was coming or should I find another company. At 8:54pm he responded saying he was about 30mins away. I asked if he would be able to properly clean the pool in the dark, he said he just wanted to see the water. When he arrived he splashed the water around with his hand and asked how do I normally clean my pool. I told him then he asked if I had any chlorine or bleach will work just fine. I gave him 2 gallons of chlorine which he poured in the pool and said call me when it clears up again. I told him if he knows it should only take a couple days to let schedule a time for him to come back. He agreed to come on Sunday. Sunday morning I sent him a text stating 'just wanted to confirm todays cleaning and to see what time you are coming' he replied ' he replied he will be out this afternoon' 3pm I called only for him to tell me he would come out on Monday. Today, Monday he called and said he was done cleaning the pool. He got a lot of pine needles but not all, I asked if he changed the filter, he said no. I asked about the cover and was told he doesn't have it and would need to mail it to me. I explained to him that I wanted my pool cleaned and a new cover. Then asked how is it supposed to stay free of debris without a cover. He then told me he would bring one back in a few hours. I told him I was not happy with his services. The only Communication has been me reaching out via calling or texting. He told me he is the only employee and told him if he couldn't do the job he should have said so. When I came out and looked at the pool there are still a lot of Pineneedles, algae on the walls, dirt on the floor, and the water is cloudy. When I informed him of the condition of the pool and sent pictures he texted me back basically saying he apologized for the poor service, he wasn't going to charge for the chemicals or labor so far and his company could not complete the job. I have never experienced anything like this before.
