However, I feel quality patient care needs to improved whether in person or via tele-visits. As a patient, you feel less validated and feel you are just annoyance when a particular nurse talks over the patient, makes invalid suggestions for referrals, ignores a patient who walked-in (w/o appointment) for over an hour, and emphasizes the patient was late for the appointment when they give you an appointment card that says Time A, and their appointment text says Time B, and the appointment time the staff claims the patient made is Time C.
