She negotiated our home purchase to account for needed repairs as well as other factors at play concerning the solar panel lease. She had experience with solar lease companies as well. She has a great team of contractors and other service businesses who did thorough examinations, explained their findings, and made recommendations. Then we sold our condo. My jaw is still on the floor. We moved out on a Monday, came back for the last few items Wednesday. Repairs and cleaning were finished within 2 weeks, and the house was staged and listed with gorgeous photos and video. We were in escrow for $35k over asking price one week after hitting the market. One weekend of open houses. They requested a 20 day escrow and we closed after 20 days. The end! I almost wish we needed to buy or sell another place just to work with Sarah from Drake again.

After we agreed on a date to close the sale (which we shortened to 10 days out), she immediately began harassing our agent with more e-mails, and multiple daily phone calls... pushing to know what was taking so long !! She verbally questioned our agent as to whether we had "sufficient funds" to buy the property (casting a negative vibe on us personally) , and non-stop badgered him until the day of closing. To say this style of communicating pissed me off would be a gross understatement. It genuinely made us concerned that there was a negative mitigating circumstance that was motivating this childlike style. It nearly prompted us to walk away from the deal entirely. We waited for years to buy a property that met our needs, and to be pushed, intimidated, and bullied by this agent took some of the excitement out of the event. It really displayed a lack of polish, knowledge and was hugely unprofessional. If other agents in this agency employ similar tactics...I would STEER WAY clear. Time for the broker to RE-TRAIN this "tough lady" agent and probably others that are out to sell at all costs. Glad the process with this firm finally ended.
