In all honesty, I have never had a bad experience with them, nor have the people working with me through their escrows! I appreciate Aquamist mostly because they treat the people they work with so well! I have the pleasure of working with Maria at Aquamist more than the others. I find her to be caring and attentive to the transactions she handles! Often times she is working hard to expedite the transaction to ensure that everything closes in a timely manner. The last review left me a little put off in that I know Aquamist does a great job! I felt that it was a bit unfair in that they might not have weighed all the factors, It seems that they might even be unfamiliar with the real state / loan / and escrow processes. At signing time, a notary (3rd party, not from escrow) will come to close a transaction who is unable legally to give advice or explanations at a signing. Escrow cannot always answer questions as some should be relayed to a loan officer. Lastly, many of the documents provided at a closing are from the broker/lender, the escrow provides few documents and Estimates of the potential closing costs. I'm sure that escrow would have directed them to the right agencies and/or handled all the their escrow questions entirely! Again, I've only had great experiences. Way to go Aquamist!
