Absolutely lovely experience, the food is delicious, the menu is unique and well crafted, the atmosphere is very relaxed and immersive. Some of the friendliest staff i've had, most food comes out very quickly. Would absolutely go back and recommend it to people.

Mango Crab Rangoon

Come with time, both times I've gone it's been a short wait on the fresh sushi. Totally worth it though. The venue is always clean and moody. I always order the lion king and the crab Rangoon! They also have a lot of great cocktails and mocktails!

Cowgirl roll and peach daiquiri!

Great upscale sushi bar with unique menu items! Lettuce wraps are a must here and the sushi is always great! The cowgirl roll is a new favorite, it's vegan but surprisingly tastes like a White Castle slider in sushi form! The themed cocktail menu is fresh and fun, it has something for everyone! Service can be a little slow, however the food is worth the wait! Next time you're in the area and in the mood for sushi this is the place to go!!

Spicy edamame

Came in for happy hour. The ambiance is really nice, the restaurant has a big space with tons of tables and two sides for the bar. The happy hour menu looked reasonable with nice items listed. However, when we got our sashimi, the cuts were very thin, almost translucent. We ordered spicy garlic edamame and received edamame with tajin sprinkled on them. There's no Sapporo offered. Overall, it was decent.

Food and service determines what kind of the experience will be or at least what to expect. The ambience was very good and clean. Our visit was on a Saturday early evening (5pm) and there were no waiting line and we were seated immediately. Our waiter " Dean E." was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly! He offered an menu tour since we didn't know what to order. I would strongly suggest doing this if you want to get an idea on what to order. He even reviewed the vegetarian menu and don't be afraid of the options! Dean gave us his suggestions and we went for it! No regrets!!! We order the miso soup, the coconut crab soup. The thriller roll (my fav roll of them all the rolls we ordered) the vegetarian shiitake to me roll -yum cooked roll. The cloud nine 2.0 roll. The yellowtail serrano (yum yum this a raw roll) and the Spanish fly roll (raw roll) we ended up 2 because it was so delicious! The drinks were also amazing. Presentation and taste was well worth it! The whole experience was beyond our expectations! We are so happy we got "Dean" as our guide on this adventure. Highly recommend this place.

I LOVED Blue Sushi Sake Grill! I stopped in here for lunch and caught the happy hour (which lasts practically all day!). Service was great and I had a very kind waitress who shared great information about the menu and was super informative. I also loved the playlist in the restaurant! Parking is super at the Summit in my opinion. Lastly, the food was delicious! I'm looking forward to visiting again to try more items for the menu.

Great food very fresh. Service was above and beyond. Nicest friendliest staff. Atmosphere was very enjoyable.

Best sushi in the area. In The Summit at Fritz Farm, an upscale shopping and dining area. Great ambiance with plenty of indoor and outdoor dining. Vast menu for any and every palate. None of the cream cheese crap and cat food sushi you get at a hibachi/sushi combo restaurant. We eat here frequently and are never disappointed with food, wine, nor service - all five stars. Chicken lettuce wraps are a must have for appetizer, though they also have a tofu option. Lion King roll is my favorite. If you like sushi, Blue is a must!

Absolutely delicious! We took advantage of happy hour and everything was very fairly priced. We came on a Sunday afternoon. We did have to wait for a table, but not very long. The restaurant was very trendy and the decor was tasteful. All of the food was very tasty and fresh. We will definitely be coming back!

Thriller

My go-to place to eat! I absolutely love Blue Sushi! I switched up my typical order and tried out the Thriller, Spicy Gringo, house salad with carrot ginger dressing, and Crispy rice cakes! Everything was spectacular! The spicy gringo definitely packs a punch so if you are sensitive to spice be prepared. The crispy rice cakes were so perfect I will definitely add this to my favorites list from them! Thriller roll is my favorite roll on the menu by far! We sat on the patio since the weather is warming up! Our server Maggileigh was great! I just wish they played a different type of music, the type they play always makes me feel nervous and rushed hahah!

I had the opportunity to visit last year, and it has been on my mind ever since. I know I'm not the only one to crave sushi and tbh nothing was satisfying that at my local sushi spot. We had to return twice during our visit to Versailles due to our fondness. The charred spicy edamame is a must. The service was commendable and the ambiance was exceptional.

A group of us went here and asked to be seated in the pasta room. We learned while we were there…read morethey would not be making pasta until later that day, so that was disappointing. But the food was so good! I had been there once before, shortly after opening, and thought it was so-so. But the 2nd visit was a much better experience. Since we had a large group, we sampled each other's dishes and everything was delicious. The burrata appetizer was really good. I had the "make me something sweet" mocktail and it was pretty and tasted refreshing. Our server was top notch and explained every dish on the menu, and gave us recommendations. He really took his time with us, and you could tell he was a pro. More excited to return after this second visit than after the first! 11/26

First off, wait staff was very nice. Drinks from the bar were okay, definitely not the worst…read morechocolate martini I've ever had but definitely not the best. For our appetizer, we had the beef tartare, it was also just okay. We didn't even finish half of it. The star of the dish was the rye crisp, unfortunately. For our entree we had the baked rigatoni and the pork tenderloin. The pork tenderloin dish was delicious and so was the rigatoni. That was a plus. It was extremely loud in the restaurant. Be prepared to yell at your table partner. Between the amount of people talking loudly (I assume to attempt to talk over the loud music) and the music, and being seated really near other people, having a conversation was difficult. So don't go with anyone who is hard of hearing with background noise (my husband lol). Food took a little longer than what I'd prefer to come out. The restaurant itself had a great vibe and decorations were cute.

After my previous bad experience at Thirsty Fox (reviewed separately), I was looking for a vibe…read moreshift. Ona provided it! A foosball table, a backgammon set, deep wood colors and an art deco vibe. This dark, moody little bar had a friendly bartender and unusual drinks. I had the "I Go Where I'm Led," made with kimchi infused vodka, gin, dolin dry, and celery salt. It did indeed taste like kimchi and was certainly weird. I also had the "Need 3," made with prosciutto basil infused gin sotol, amaro obscuro, bitters, and soda. Also a savory, bizarre drink that I'm glad I tried, but wouldn't get again. They have more conventional cocktails as well, like the Paper Plane, Naked and Famous, Corpse Reviver #2. They have IPAs and plain Miller Lites. They have basic red, white, and sparkling wine. Prices range from 8-13 dollars.

They served others who entered the bar after us, doing shots with them. The bartenders were very rude, online it says they close at 2, one of the bartenders yelled, "It's time to get the fuck out" at 1:10, right after they had finally served us. All the workers were clearly intoxicated/on drugs, and were dancing to static playing on the speakers. I was hoping for a better experience, instead I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.
