How is Blue Star Ford still in business??
I was looking for a new F150 and went to Blue Star Ford in Simcoe along with Heaslip in Haggersville for quotes. I was trading in a three year old Toyota Corolla S with 55,000 kms. The Blue Star quote was $2,500 more that the Heaslip quote so I bought the truck in Haggersville.
Shortly after, I had a warranty repair that was needed and since I live in Simcoe I brought the truck to Blue Star to get the work done. The heavy set service manager (sorry but I forgot his name) asked if I bought the truck there. When I said I did not, he told me to take the Fuc*ing Truck back to Haggersville and have them look after this. What if I had just moved here from BC, am I supposed to go back across the country to have it repaired?
Over the next couple of years I have taken my truck elsewhere for service.
Anyway, this week I thought I would give them another try. I called for an appointment on Tuesday and the receptionist transferred my call over to the service department. When they did not pick up the call the receptionist came back on the line and took my name and number and said they would call back that day. It is now Friday and I have not heard anything back. Great way to do business!
I have absolutely NO USE for Blue Star Ford! read more
