Lori did an amazing job of gathering the relevant information, fully explaining to the buyer and seller the pro's and con's of the situation and was able to resolve the issue and both the buyer and seller ended up happy with the result. He even came out on a Saturday to fix a CO2 detector that I thought was a smoke detector. He came out today to fix the exhaust fan that wouldn't work, even after a motor replacement. He adjusted the quoted price lower, according to the amount of work that was involved. I found that to be very honest and will use him for all the electrical work around my house.

I told Electrical Pros on September 18 that I no longer needed their services and requested a full refund. As of this review, I have not received one. This delay held up my plans and left me out $1,000 for work that was never done. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Electrical Pros.
