She got me set up with applications and directed me to the nearest gas station (they don't accept cards and I don't carry checks). The manager (also helpful) got back to me and showed me a house. You have to sign a covid acknowledgment document and follow a bunch of rules (mask, sanitizer, couldn't touch anything) before you can enter the house. Got the call that I qualified RIGHT after I had received notice that I qualified for a home loan with a great rate. Haha They seemed to have more expensive rental homes and apartments but they're professional and nice so there is that! So glad I didn't sign a lease because now I'm buying a home yaaaay meeeeee lol

Received no notice of walkthrough, no receipts, itemized list came well over a month after I moved out. Air filter - this one is crazy; we just had the A/C replaced including the air filter the month we moved out. The owner also dragged their feet trying to get it replaced.
