She really doesn't know how to talk to the people who live in her properties. To intimidate and dismiss tenents who need repairs in the homes she rents to them displays a serious lack of character. On more than 3 occassions that I know of myself, when presented with a problem in a home her first response is "why don't you just leave". Um....NOT ok Robin!! Borders on illegal in California.....Save yourself the aggravation and rent from someone else!!

She got me set up with applications and directed me to the nearest gas station (they don't accept cards and I don't carry checks). The manager (also helpful) got back to me and showed me a house. You have to sign a covid acknowledgment document and follow a bunch of rules (mask, sanitizer, couldn't touch anything) before you can enter the house. Got the call that I qualified RIGHT after I had received notice that I qualified for a home loan with a great rate. Haha They seemed to have more expensive rental homes and apartments but they're professional and nice so there is that! So glad I didn't sign a lease because now I'm buying a home yaaaay meeeeee lol

AC is a little old and will turn to ice if you quickly turn the thermostat down (so no cool air when its frozen). Fridge and washer/dryer are included plus location is ideal. Some complaints include that there is a large amount of dogs nearby (in the neighborhood) and they tend to bark at anything and everything. You are in dairy country so you notice the smell of cattle nearby (especially early morning). I would recommend this complex to people who want to start out or become long term residents. When we had an issue with something in our rental she put in for the work order immediately and kept us in the loop of what was going on. When it came to being the middle person between the tennant and the homeowner/landlord she advocated for us and made things happen and we appreciated that very much. The best part of it all is the property manager, Anna is super helpful and caring. She handles business and has always been their to answer my questions and solve any issues I'm having in a timely matter. She's very reliable and I enjoy talking to her. I can't say that about other places I lived at. The apartments are older, but I love the addition of the fireplace and the windows in the kitchen, bringing in all that natural light. I honestly can see myself staying here until we get a house. Because in my opinion a house is the next best thing. You won't find another place like this in visiala.
