From the first call to the last turn of the wrench, Parker & Parker offered the kind of service…read moreyou'd hope for from a plumbing company. It's nice to know there is at least one plumbing company out there still focused on maintaining its reputation. My mother in law had a basic but urgent fix - two non-functioning toilets. After several calls to other local plumbers (all of whom either went straight to up-charging without seeing the issue), I landed on Parker & Parker. James, the plumber they sent the next day, was professional, knowledgeable, nice, respectful and - most importantly - got both toilets back in working order in no time. It turns out one was in need of a new fill valve and the other was just temperamental and 25 years old. It cost us $100, parts included, for his hard spent hour worth of time and it was worth every penny. Now I can rest easy knowing she has working toilets and a guaranteed repair from a company that prides itself on professionalism. If I'm ever in need of plumbing again, they'll be my first call.

He explained that while he could repair the leak (which he did that same day), what I really needed was a full roof replacement. This didn't surprise me since I'd already been in my home 15 years and knew the roof was old when I moved in. I was so thankful for Steve's quick response, kindness, and professionalism during that stressful time that when I was finally ready to replace my roof this month, Visalia Roofing was the only company I called. Steve and Derek came out, took measurements, and quickly emailed me a detailed quote with several options. I chose upgraded shingles and added attic insulation to help improve energy efficiency. The crew completed the project quickly, the new roof looks beautiful, and everyone I interacted with was respectful and kind. While I can't compare prices since I didn't seek other bids, I can say the quality of the work and level of service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Visalia Roofing for anyone in need of roof repairs or a full replacement.

Not only were they easy to work with, but they were patient, I was able to consult with them and ask them many questions before the process, and they were straightforward, patient and extremely fair. These are the type of people who I always like to deal with when doing new business. Since I'm depending upon the roof that they replaced to last 20 to 30 years I'm so happy to have given the $20,000 that I spent with them!
