Cara the owner, was very gracious and advised she would have Ben, her husband, come out and look at the spa pump. Ben came and looked at the pump and felt confident it could be repaired. He ordered the necessary parts and indicated he would let us know when it came in. In the meantime, we mentioned to the pool builder doing the resurfacing that we had contacted Dutchcraft Services to repair the pump. Marty, from US Pools without us asking, stated that Ben does great work and he also recommended them. How cool was that? Ben completed the work. we had a hiccup, not because of anything Ben had done wrong, but the company putting the pebble sheen had plugged the spa to avoid material going into the pipe. They unplugged it and the spa pump works like a charm!! The best part, Ben's price was very reasonable! We are sooo happy with it and we are using the spa more than we ever have! I love this family owned business, they care and are meticulous with their work. Thankfully, Elite Pool Designs put all of our fears to rest thanks to their amazing customer service, fair prices and excellent, high quality work. We previously had a koi pond in our backyard but, as the fish died out, realized we wanted something else back there instead. We reached out to Elite Pool and Cyndi and she came over the next day to assess our yard. As we had no idea where to start, she helped guide us through the whole process, connecting us with surveyors, tree removal experts and all of the other hidden things you don't think about when you decide "I want a pool". After the work to get the yard ready was done, we went to the Elite Pool offices to pick out the tile, lining and design of the pool. Cyndi walked us through the shape and features we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote for everything, including, automation, a heater for the pool (hey it DOES sometime get cold here!) and a screen enclosure. Construction for the pool started in October 2024 and finished in late January 2025, and our hat goes off to Robert (owner of Elite Pool) for his help with managing the entire project. Crews arrived as needed and on time, and though there were some periods between steps where not a lot of work was being done, it was never unreasonable and given the holidays, totally fair. Inspection and electrical were simple and easy and now we are ready to enjoy our pool! For anyone in our same position, looking to install a pool from scratch but not sure where to turn, Elite Pool Design should be your first call, can't recommend them highly enough!

The outside (and inside) is old and run down, and let's face it, it is named Shangri-La. However, my bestie and I decided to give it a go, and it ended up being awesome. The front counter person was amazing, and explained everything in detail. Separate women and men sides, separate locker rooms, separate hot tubs and saunas. Then a communal room with small restaurant, small pool, salt spa and clay spa. You can use everything for $33, or you can pay extra for the whole body wash, facial, hair wash experience, which is what my friend and I did. The system is as follows: pay upfront at the counter, and women are handed a pink outfit to change into, and a key to your locker. My friend and I dropped off our stuff, then went and soaked in the hot tub for about 20 minutes. Then we were called for our scrub. This is the part that was unlike anything I've ever done. You are doused in warm water, then every body part is scrubbed hard with a loofah and scrub salt until there is not an iota of extra skin anywhere on your body. Then oil is put everywhere, all the while laying there with a fresh cucumber mask. It was definitely a "hurt so good" experience, and even days later my skin is the smoothest it has ever been. After that we dressed in our pink outfits, and went to the communal area to sit in the salt spa for a while and to grab something light to eat. This is the only area you can have your electronics with you. There was only one man doing everything in the restaurant (cooking, order taking, etc.), so our Korean pancake took about half an hour to make, and many others waited quite a long time to even place their food order You definitely don't come here for the ambiance, but my friend and I can't wait to come back, as this really was such an wonderful way to pamper ourselves.

They give you gown, towels and other items you need to shower and freshen up to step out. All you need is your swimsuit and personal items. Place is clean and quiet. Not a lot of people. The staff are seen but they won't approach you unless you go up to them to request things. So you get your peace & tranquility. Separate shoe locker and interior locker. Yes. The place is not fancy but just remember to get "fancy" it's usually in the 3 digits. You really can't expect to pay hamburger price and get steak. Again they could of gave me an outrageous quote since half the job was done but once again I was given a very reasonable number. Communication was great by phone, text and email. The guys who came out to do the work were very friendly and professional. The job got done in a reasonable amount of time and the pool looks fantastic. The company was know as Walker pools previously but now called Affordable so you can look up both to find them. If I ever need pool repairs again they will be the first ones I call. Dan also did a wonderful job creating a unique design for our pool/spa combo. Every other company that came out to give us quotes just drew a basic rectangle shaped pool, but Dan really put time and thought into his design and it showed! We also appreciated that Larsen's provided an all-in quote and would return funds if things weren't needed (like well points), compared to other companies that provided us lower quotes to "win the business", but then said there could be additional expenses. As finance professionals, we like to know exactly how much the project could cost and really appreciated this approach. Once construction began we worked with Jason and things moved quickly!
