Lots of specialty donuts! It looks like they have some yummy breakfast sandwiches as well. I had the Berliner. So good and a big sandwich! Coffee was good and hot. The service was great and very informative. Such a cute cafe as well. They are the only cafe open on Sunday's as well!

Cute cafe/donut spot with a home decor store inside. They have build your own donuts and different specialty iced or hot coffee drinks. You can sit comfortably inside but also there is a patio outside. Great little eclectic spot for that afternoon sugar rush that is sometimes needed.

There is very little competition in Berlin or Millersburg for Sunday mornings (or any Sunday really), but the Blue Sky Cafe fills that gap and does it well. We went for the MYO donut bar and breakfast sandwiches, and really liked both. They have seasonal donuts and make your own, and a small sandwich menu that you can have on ciabatta or a croissant. I had an egg, cheese and tomato croissant sandwich, and made 2 donuts to take home. The sandwich was really good - flakey croissant and fluffy eggs. It was a nice size, too. I also had the London Fog latte, and I loved it! Steamed milk, earl grey tea, and vanilla. It really hit the spot! Finally, I had a cinnamon and marshmallow drizzle donut, and a blueberry crumb with raspberry drizzle. I tried both and they were excellent, with fun toppings and were ready quickly. The place is really hopping on Sunday mornings, but the line moves fast and there were plenty of places to sit. We snapped a picture at the cute photo wall and it was a great cap to our trip

The only cafe open on a Sunday. The food and latte were amazing. You can have either a breakfast sandwich or have a breakfast bowl that includes potatoes. My husband had the sandwich on ciabatta bread. Everything was perfect!

I feel like there is something for everyone here! My husband thought the Dutch apple pie was out of this world. I thought it was different because it was chopped oats. We were not a huge fan of the chocolate chip cookies, the texture kinda got me, and the chocolate chips were an interesting flavor. My mom thought the pecan tarts were so yummy. I could literally taste how fresh and homemade that dough was, I thought it was very good as well, but probably would try something else instead next time. The cinnamon roll was interesting because I thought it was a lot more Joey than we used to and it had an icing on top. I actually really liked it. I am not someone that likes the super glazed sweet stuff so this was the right amount for me. My husband and I were not huge fans of the Fry pies. They were glazed, which is a personal preference. But the filling was just too much for me, I like more writing than filling, especially in the middle. It was a little overwhelming. I also felt like they were filled with more of the canned stuff rather than fresh bc of the consistency. The fresh sourdough bread was out of this world. I'd definitely recommend getting a bread loaf!!!

As soon as you walk through the door, you're greeted by the amazing smell of fresh bread and baked goods. Everywhere you look there's another display filled with pies, cookies, donuts, pastries, and homemade breads. If you have a sweet tooth, good luck leaving with just one thing! I couldn't resist picking up two of their huge fry pies along with a peanut butter Long John, and they were every bit as good as they looked. The fry pies were packed with filling and had a perfectly flaky crust, while the peanut butter Long John was loaded with creamy peanut butter filling and was incredibly fresh. My wife couldn't stop talking about their cinnamon twist. She said it was one of the best she's ever had--soft, buttery, perfectly sweet, and full of cinnamon flavor. I have a feeling we'll be making a special trip back just so she can get another one! The staff was friendly, the bakery was clean and well-stocked, and there were plenty of Amish-made jams, noodles, candies, cheeses, and other local products to browse while we were there. If you're visiting Millersburg, Berlin, or anywhere in Ohio's Amish Country, make sure Kauffman's Country Bakery is on your list. Come hungry, because everything looks amazing, and don't be surprised if you leave with a box full of treats for the ride home. We definitely will be back!

Yes. Good doughnuts…read moredon't need long detailed reviews. So, this one will be short. Located close to the location of a large meeting I was part of, I was easily able to pick up 2 dozen donuts on the morning of my meeting. The extremely nice woman behind the counter hooked me up with two boxes of assorted heaven. As an avid donut eater and a bit of a connoisseur of mans most delightful creation, DDandC nailed it. Fresh, good ingredients and a lot to choose from. The two dozen doughnuts that I brought in to my meeting were essentially demolished. As I was not local, the people who were local were extremely interested in knowing where I picked them up and I happily told them. A few had even mentioned being there before and some even planning to go. would I go back? 100%. Whenever possible, I bring a box or two of doughnuts to customers. When I do, I make it count and the people notice. When they see that I've actually searched out for a really good local doughnut shop, they appreciate that and take note. I'm not bringing in your fast-food donut places garbage "donuts" either. I'd rather bring nothing at all if I can't get the goods. And I will travel early in the morning, just to get high quality doughnuts. Got get some of these right now!
