He showed us one property, and we gave him our contact information and told him we'd get in touch if we needed any further information. This was in July 2019. Reese has called us EVERY SINGLE SAY, SOMETIMES MULTIPLE TIMES since, and it is now September 21, 2019. His message are always the same; "Call me, I wanted to see if you got the message I left for you." It's like a sick joke, but it isn't funny or amusing. I have ignored his calls thinking he would get the message, but he obviously does not. I've sent him emails telling him we are not interested. He still calls. Every day. I've blocked his number. He still calls. Every day. I've sent him text messages telling him to leave us alone. He still calls. Every day. At this point, I am going to contact the NC Board of Realtors and file a complaint, because this is harassment on a level I've never seen before. Ever.

I originally called…read moreafter moving in to my home that had numerous stink bugs indoors, ants near the kitchen window, and spiders and spider eggs on the ceiling of the back porch. #No. They quickly serviced my house, indoor and out, and have continued doing so on a quarterly basis since. Since the very first time they came in Summer 2016, I literally have not had one single bug in my home, besides a fly if I've left the door open. Since I am no longer experiencing indoor pests, I am set up now so that my technician, Tim Norman, comes and take care of the outdoor areas only (so that I don't have to be home to let him in) and my account is automatically drafted for the service. If I ever experience a bug or pest concern indoors, I can always call Tim personally to help me free of charge. I have only had to use this service once, and this was in relation to there being a giant, scary spider haunting the indoor of my mailbox down on the side of the street, far away from my house. The spider even jumped on my friend's arm!!!... and then continued to reside in the mailbox afterwards! #NoThankYou. After days of avoiding collecting my mail, I finally called A-1 and, within the week, my exterminator Tim came and removed him for me. :) I would highly recommend this service to anyone who has a place with bugs and who is not willing to personally spray or capture or otherwise deal with them personally.
