Finally, got a nasty, rude man to answer, saying just turn the keypad to reset on star. It would not work so I called him back and he SCREAMED at me saying "well what in the hell am I supposed to do?""" Fix it, I replied, as soon as possible. Getting louder and SCREAMING louder said, "WHAT'S SO VALUABLE AT YOUR HOUSE, ANYWAY?" I said, in a calm voice, "I AM".....then he laughted. He told me it would be double time, I told him that was illegal and he said, "do you want it fixed or not".....I said nothing. After a long pause he said he would send a man. When the serviceman came, he could not repair our system, had no key to open our security box and had to call another serviceman to come the next day. No one showed up. Therefore, I called again and NASA said the only person able to repair systems was in Key West. NASA has the only key to the alarm box. After several more nasty calls, we hired another Alarm Company. Never use these unprofessional people....they are unqualified and untrained. DO NOT put your safety or yourself in their untrained hands. They are rude, nasty, unprofessional and will leave your system down unless you pay them double time to repair. They should not be in business!
