I had my fiancé call first and he was told to write up everything we needed and email it to them. So I did just that. About 5 days passed and I heard nothing back. I called this time and Dan answered. He proceeded to tell me that he always responds to emails within 24 hours so the email must not have gone through. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I asked for the email address again (same email I had emailed the 1st time) and resent my email. I also resent my email from a different email address assuming that I was the problem. More than a week went by and I got no response. Needless to say, I cannot rate their services because I never received them. Thank goodness I was able to find another company and rent the equipment I needed from them.
