Took off the faceplate to find it was not cleaned or anything. They agreed and gave my wife a 9 am time slot. She took off work and they continued to push the time right until 4pm/ closing with no return calls. This review will change if we receive a call back or they show up within the time slot or window in the future. They never called back but showed up late. They were friendly and fixed the issue. They were supposed to come out on a Friday and were given specific instructions to call first for entry. I received no call and no one showed. I called back and was told someone knocked and when no one answered, they left. Clearly, listening is a problem. They showed the following week and told me my coil needed to be cleaned which costs $600. I was not present and this was demonstrated my shaking out my air filter in my kitchen. Really? I never got video of the coil. My mistake for not asking. I was told the job was done and system had been flushed and was clean. I was told there was no water in the pan. Within 24 hours my condo association called and said it was still leaking and there was water in my pan. I drove down from Miami to check this out. The condo was right and i was able to verify my AC is the problem. I called SBC again. They showed at the end of the day on Monday after i left to go back to Miami and told me there is no leak and all is well. Ridiculous. The water was there all weekend and in the morning. i paid $600 for a flushing and coil cleaning i may or may not have needed. My condo association is now charging me to have it done by them. Are they lazy or incompetent at SBC? i don't know. ES

Well we spent several days and multiple hours looking for a leak or mold or wet soil or drywall staining to no avail. George came out and diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes and his crew had the repair finished and leak-free within the hour.
