Turns out, I did not have my service plan anymore and I received zero notifications about it before they discontinued it. They told me they'd send a tech out if I paid them a hundred and thirty dollars. Keep in mind. We've been with this company for about ten years. They basically told me if I didn't want to pay the hundred and thirty dollars there was nothing they could do for me. I also have a contract with them for 63 months. Basically, I have a huge paper weight I can't use for the next two years. This will be the last time I use this company. I'd highly recommend everybody steer clear of this company, thier terrible customer service, and thier bs contracts.

We repeatedly contacted the CEO/Sales Engineer (owner) over the course of 2 months. ALL of our phone calls went unreturned. Finally got the guy to come out and pick up camera to send back to supplier. Return follow up phone calls and emails were not returned in which numerous attempts of contact were made. Our threat of legal recourse motivated him and he finally did come out to my house with the still broken camera! He never even contacted the supplier for the camera, we called. He said HE DID in fact receive our phone calls and email but yet could not have taken the time nor had the common courtesy to return correspondence. They had the same problem with slow or no response to the point they had to become firm with him. In addition a large scale company in the area informed me that he was stringing a project out and taking too long and were unhappy with his service.
