I'm mostly upset because when I left the ball came off so the next day I had to go back to get it corrected. I explained what happened and he didn't say much and didn't give me a warning to what he was about to do. it hurt of course and I almost grabbed him because it was just unexpected. (reviewing for a friend btw)…read more first lemme just say that the customer service was wonderful and that everyone was very friendly. however .. there was very little information given to my friend after her ear was pierced. not only was she given very few aftercare instructions, but she was also not asked if she was allergic to any kind of metals to ensure that she wouldn't have a bad reaction. she's allergic to stainless steel, and not even a week after she was pierced (with a hoop btw, which isn't the best earring for a fresh piercing) her ear started to get infected. inflammation so bad that her ear looked purple, swollen to double the size of her other ear (which hadn't been pierced), leaking puss. it was bad tbh .. :/ i helped my friend cut the earring out by the clasp with a pair of pliers and a whole lot of girlbossing.

Less than 5min later we moved to the back for her session. Jacie was amazing with my friend for her first time. She ensured she was comfortable throughout the session. Also was told that they gave me waaaaay too big of a bar. bigger bars are used for healing but this size of bar does more damage than good..
