After finally getting their insurance information, they dropped the vehicle off and another incident happens at my house with a different driver mouthing off at me and cussing at me. I recorded everything on my Meta glasses sent the video to the supervisor and I'm pretty sure nothing was done about it. 10/10 would recommend going with a different place and just paying for your tow. I canceled my Triple A because of the incident. Oh btw my car was totaled out because of this incident!
