Their lead knew every aspect of preparation, including consideration of minimizing damage to plants below; thoroughly washing the roof and spreading the moss killer; and just as importantly disconnecting the gutter drains to clean and collect the moss killer liquid. He offered fair, competitive pricing. His attention to detail was great and he communicated throughout the entire process suggesting changes, improvements along the way and never changed the original quoted price. He was timely and respectful of our property - even temporarily moving the stairs off our covered back deck and putting up caution tape. I liked that he paid attention to the irrigation system and kept additional materials (top soil and gravel) onsite to help level our backyard. I called them because 7 years ago they did a great job roofing my house. Bottom line, with a new storm approaching promising rain in my house, DHT found a way to repair the problem before the storm hit. There are many roofing companies out there to choose from. DHT gave us a solid roof and really came through when the roof needed repairing. We are so thankful for their friendly, quality service. Terry B.

I waited almost two months after the repair to write this review because I wanted to be sure it held up. It has. We have had several rainstorms since the repair, and the ceiling is still dry. It was Saturday morning when I called, a real person answered the phone, and within an hour Luis showed up. He inspected the roof (in the rain) and attic, found that the leak was coming from an attic vent, and explained that the shingles had not been properly lapped over the vent flashing. He also took the time to find the right material to match our unusual roof color, then fixed the leak and installed new shingles while it was still drizzling. Luis did a great job. Fast response, clear explanation, a fair price, and most important of all, the repair worked. We are very grateful and would absolutely recommend LBNR Roofing.

This team of highly skilled roofing workers are capable of far more than replacing the shingles. They are skilled carpenters that replace any and all rotten wood (joists, rafters, eaves, gables, etc.) and or poor work done by previous roofing companies. Grunts Roofing identified poor ventilation and structural problems in our pool room that caused the roof to fail and corrected it with reinforcement and reengineering. The solution is nothing short of brilliant. Grunts Roofing took great care of our yard plants by placing netting material all around our house. No plant damage whatsoever. Also Safety is first and foremost as all roof workers are always harnessed in and there was excellent communication when my wife and I entered and left the house. I must also say that I enjoyed all the communication with contractors Abraham and Jomari. Such genuine enthusiasm and extensive knowledge and expertise was truly remarkable. BRAVO Grunts Roofing!!!
