They broke it off of the stake, and then just stuck it back into the ground and covered it with mulch as if it never happened. Then they used a leaf blower and spread my mulch all over the yard that I now have to spend time cleaning up and fixing. They also went through both of my gates and through the side of my place without permission and forced the gates open causing my fence post to break. I was told by our HOA that they also charged an extra 300 dollars to replace a part on one of the neighbors' roof that the Tennant was supposed to save but threw away. Today we had all of our exterior windows, and a dozen interior windows, cleaned by this company…read more The young men they sent out to do the cleaning were polite and very friendly, but their work was sloppy, and they were clearly inexperienced. They removed the screens when cleaning the windows, but I was disappointed that they didn't rinse them off. For the exterior windows, they simply cleaned them with a wet brush hose attachment and didn't squeegee them. Good for getting dust off, but not much else. See the attached photos. The windows are cleaner, but they left a whole lot of residue and smudges on the windows, even the ones that they cleaned both inside and out. I'd be leaving a one star review if the crew wasn't so nice.

He explained the issues that we were observing in our new home, and understood immediately how to precisely remedy the roof problems. Tom is probably one of the hardest working and meticulous craftsman that we have had the privilege of working with. He spent several days power washing our roof, which now looks brand new.
