I hardly ever take the time to do reviews but these guys did such an incredible job, I wanted to let others know. They installed a sprinkler system, laid sod and mulch. But they did so much more. They pulled all the weeds, they pruned me rose bushes, they were very meticulous to make sure everything worked. I saw them tested it so many times. They spent such a long time making sure everything was perfect. They trimmed my bushes, trimmed my trees. I'm really impressed. And their prices were great. The trailer of the Blue Irrigation truck swiped my car on the highway and after I honked at him twice and he didn't stop, I called the owner immediately to report. He was hostile suggesting I was making it up, so I filed a hit and run report and sent him photos of the trailer in front of my car, the side of his truck with the driver's face and the damage to my car. His driver denied having swiped my car and the owner of Blue Irrigation said he's not going to take responsibility. The owner even asked me to go and get an estimate, which I did. Then he chose to do the wrong thing and denied any culpability. I know there are gallant men in this world, but this owner is not one of them. read more

Disappointed with this company. When their estimator Jorge quoted for sod installation, I was told that the warranty for the grass was 3 months without sprinkler system and 6 months with sprinkler system. When I called them after 2 months to check if some sections of the grass needed to be replaced, they said there was no warranty on the grass. This is deceptive practice. I was planning to have them put in a sprinkler system but I change my mind in doing any business with this deceptive company. Buyer beware. read more

The company truck driving down the toll way was spilling rocks onto the road and hitting cars. My windshield was damaged. When I called the number on the side of the truck and sent the owner photos and a video of the truck spilling rocks he said, " that's too bad for you, I'm not at fault." read more

Had to pay a different company to re-do their work: Blue irrigation installed drainage at our property in West University. After continued problems with drainage, we eventually called another drainage company to take a look. It turned out that the drainage that Blue Irrigation installed had a big elbow in it to get under another pipe, which prevented any water from flowing to the street. So we had to rip out all of their drainage and have it completed re-done. This explains why they hounded us to get paid immediately after the job was done (like, had people sitting outside our house every day harassing my wife) - they obviously wanted to get paid before it rained and we found out nothing worked! read more

Marcos "guarantees" his work. However, I have been having an issue with my yard for 4 months of it consistently holding water. He doesn't care. His office doesn't care. Careless company that doesn't hold its employees and its work accountable. I would not recommend using them for a lack of integrity in their work. Been trying to get them to come help fix it, but all they want to do is SELL. I don't want a freaking drainage system. He lied to me and told me he would come level my yard and then quickly changed his mind two seconds later. Save your money, save your time, save the headaches. It's a shame I can't enjoy my backyard! I used this company with the recommendation of our landscaper and wow what a disappointment! Over charged me by several hundreds of $$ that they made my wife pay before they left the job. She didn't know what all I wanted done, all she knew was to pay them. When I found out what they charged when they sent the itemized bill I was furious. Spoke to the owner M. Rojas explained my situation and he assured me he would refund my money via check. Well two and a half weeks later I am still without a check and now the communication is silent. Sent text messages to cell phones and even called the office, no answer. Stay clear of this company in my opinion, nothing but a rip off. The install went ok. They were on time and finished early. They cut my u-vesrse line and I was without cable and internet for hours. Marcos offered to pay for the repair, but there was no charge. My water hose which has been in my front yard for months also went missing. I think the guys accidentally took it. Do not use this company!!! They installed pipe to connect our existed irrigation pressure vacuum break with our newly added irrigation meter on 5/2/2019, but until now not replace our damaged grass completely. The even worst thing is that when we start to turn on our sprinkler, the zone one could not stop running out of water unless we stop the water supply to the pressure vacuum. We contacted Marcos Rojas, he first texted us back as: "I know what the problem is. I can send a technician tomorrow morning." But once we tried to discuss with him what is the cause and if it is your work caused this, we would ask your company compromise 11 hours running water cost, he got mad and stopped to response to us with the text: "I'll not be working for you, You can find another contractor...." I used Marcos to install sprinkler system seven years ago and it still works perfect. Not one problem in seven years. I had a few extras add like a complete looped header with extra valves, heavier schedule pipe and hose bib. Got three bids and Marcos was the only one who would do what I asked. Please beware when you have this company install sprinkler system. I spend couple of grant which is not small amount only to find out that they do not cover parts or labor if its due to natural causes like freezing however I was told that by Marcos Rojas that labor was included for first year but the parts were not. Another issue was when I asked for a quote with this company, they gave me a quote and without my permission installed the sprinkler system when I was not home. All the part are cheap so I do not recommend this company. read more

They do good work on irrigation systems, so I thought I would get an estimate to re-sod our back yard. There were many broken appointments by Marcos for a month before he finally came out to do the estimate. The price was not bad so I hired them. They didn't properly prepare the ground before laying the new grass on top of the old grass, no leveling was done at all and only very sparse sand was thrown out over the old grass and no sand at all where there was no grass, just hard ground. They put in the wrong kind of grass and had to take it back up again. When the job was done the price went up by $275 because they didn't estimate for enough grass, and it still wasn't enough grass to cover the entire yard. Also, they covered up several sprinkler heads that I had to find and dig out myself. read more
