Do not get anything here...something WILL go wrong. I went here because it was near my house. I ordered an arrangement for a wedding that I was part of and had to take with me to the grooms house. The flowers were not ready on time. This was very embarrassing since I went empty handed. I had to have my parents get up and go to the store since they wouldn't pick up the phone that morning. My parents got them to deliver the flowers to the house..even though it was a few hours late. So, don't bother, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. On a side note, this place is strange. They have nothing to show you when selling the flowers. They only draw it on a piece of paper and ask for the money. I should have walked out as soon as I walked in. Pushy sales lady also. read more

Julie is amazing!!!! Within the first 5 minutes of meeting her, she sat down and sketched out exactly how I pictured my wedding to look! She had great ideas as well and we were able to work together to get the most beautiful look on our wedding day! She had the freshest flowers and beautiful designs and everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Her daughter also helped on the wedding day and delivered the flowers and even she was so sweet and very respectful! Horrible service! I ordered arragment of flowers from her to take to an important event. She promised me the world and we had arranged for me to pick it up at a certain time. I got there 20 minutes early and I found the doors locked with no one around. As you can imagine I was horrified and pissed off. I was so happy with my wedding flowers from Blue Iris! Julie worked with my budget and still gave me everything I have ever dreamed of in terms of wedding flowers! They transformed the reception hall that we rented into an even more beautiful and elegant space. We had tree centerpieces with flowers in the base and when Julie made me a sample, she put hanging tealights in the tree. It was beautiful and when the lighting went darker in my hall, it REALLY set the mood. Everyone enjoyed the flowers at the wedding and as soon as the DJ announced that people could take home the flowers, people got up and started picking a handful!! My bouquet was great, we settled on ranunculus, but she gave me roses instead because ranunculus were not available, BUT she did put in cala lilys in my wedding colors which were rare and trending now. It goes with out saying that blue iris team made my dreams come true. The flowers were amazing. Finally my vision of a romantic and unforgettable wedding were realized. Wow everyone is still talking about the hall, the way my red roses stood out and the way it was designed was so beautiful. My own mother was even moved to call the flower shop the next day to pay compliments. We are waiting for our wedding photos and will definitely post them. I dont even know where to start from. This Julie chick promised the world during our meeting but the day of the wedding I was in SHOCK!!! First of all my centerpieces looked like it was worth $50 bucks, I asked for orchids and got hydrangeas to fill up the bunch., secondly my main flowers were supposed to be Black magic roses and i ended up with red plain old roses that were spread open to look like it was full. Over all disappointing and will never ever go back and will warn new brides and friends out there to watch out..... She promises the world but gives you shit and guess what you cant really do anything about it the day of your wedding but to come here and write a review to warn other brides... DO NOT GO BY BLUE IRIS .... THEY RIP U OFF!!!! On top of all that she makes you pay extra for vases that were supposed to be picked up by them but never did... overall she has no business sense and will never gain returning customers. read more

I went to Blue Iris to do the floral designs for my small engagement. Six tables and a cake table. The cake table was done with amazing taste - I was in love. The center pieces on the other hand - completely different story. I really wanted to come on Yelp and write an amazing review for this florist because I've been going to her for 10+ years and thought she would do a great job for my engagement. Not the case! She showed me a sample of what she would create and delivered something completely different. I told her numerous times I do not want hydrangeas in my center piece arrangements, and she still ended up using hydrangeas, a lot of them! I was BEYOND disappointed. I put a lot of time, energy and money into making sure I would be happy with my floral arrangements, and I wasn't. I will not be going back to Blue Iris for any event planning and I would recommend you be warned too. She does NOT deliver what she promises. read more
