When I arrived, I was taken straight in for the procedure. I asked the price per unit and was told it's $11 with a friend, or $12 if you come alone. After finishing 60 units, I went to pay and was told that because I came without my friend, the price was actually $13 per unit. I was charged $760. No one warned me in advance that the price would change so drastically because my friend had an unavoidable medical emergency. When they asked me to come back in two weeks, I said "no." For the difference of $60-180, they lost a client. They got $760 once, but I will never return and will not recommend them to anyone. I believe this is unfair and unprofessional treatment of customers.

The issue was the delivery, the judgmental tone, and the lack of professionalism and compassion throughout the interaction. At one point he even rolled his eyes while I was trying to explain myself.
